To an Indian mind, rain and a cup of tea go hand in hand. Monsoons arrive and we start craving for a piping hot cup of cutting chai (a cup of tea shared between two or more), with a plate full of samosas, bhajjiyas or pakodas that will clog our arteries while the rainwater clogs the drains.
