In any situation involving others, the best thing you can do is listen to them. Find out what they want, why they're here, and help them build on that. The best way to accomplish a dream is to help others accomplish their dreams. Stop and listen.

This tip comes from Mr. Richard Branson (look him up). "A boss orders, while a leader organizes." This tip could never be truer. A true leader is able to organize their team to effectively contribute to the overall goal while making other leaders. It is not a one-sided discussion, but overall, a collective, brainstorm session.
Praising someone for their efforts not only helps them, but it helps you. It has been scientifically proven that if you do this consecutively for 21 days, you will have a better work ethic, you will be happier, and you will excel even faster at whatever you're doing.
Don't ever fall into the trap of thinking that in order to be happy, you need to achieve a certain level of success. THIS IS A LIE. The formula is not that success leads to happiness, but rather, happiness leads to success. Why? Because your ideas about success change. When you achieve one milestone, you make a new one for yourself, and then another, and then another. It is a never ending trail of new feats. If happiness is at the end of this trail, then you will NEVER reach it. Be happy now, as success will follow.
People often go out looking for people who are "perfect." They have to be funny, smart, goal-oriented, ambitious, open-minded, etc. However, if you really want to attract them, then you have to be just as funny, smart, goal-oriented, ambitious, and open-minded. Successful people attract other successful people, and vice-versa. Work on yourself, and the people will follow.
In the end, time can either be your best friend or your worst enemy. Position yourself so that time is on your side. This is one of the BIGGEST lessons a successful person learns. They know how to turn time into their favor, making huge payouts on finance, health, etc. Start now, and stop wasting time.
No successful person got successful without failing first. If you're failing, it means you're trying, which makes all the difference between success and everyone else. Doubling your rate of failure simply means you're trying harder.
Want to grow exponentially? Follow this tip with all of your heart, and I can guarantee you will become a better person.
Simply being more aware of yourself can really make all the difference. You acknowledge who you are and know exactly what you need to work on in order to become the person you want to be.
If you really want to make money, take something you love, and master it. Whether it's art, dance, cooking, or whatever you like to do, take the time to truly master it, and the riches will follow.
Don't ever say "someday" or "one day". They don't exist. Make your dreams and goals exact. Give them a due date, and you'll know exactly how to trace your progress.
When you write a goal down, it all of a sudden becomes tangible. You start to think about how you're going to achieve it instead of just thinking about it. An unwritten goal is nothing more than a dream.
Leonardo Da Vinci kept one. Why not you? Keeping a journal helps you clarify your thoughts, saves you time from trying to remember you need to remember, and builds your own knowledge base.
