tonight's dinner! ive been trying to eat healthier so i made a veggie and tofu soup. i didnt use a recipe, but if anyone's curious, basically its just onion, minced garlic, carrots, zucchini, mushrooms, celery, spinach, and cubed tofu in a mix of chicken broth and water, seasoned with chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, and ginger. first sautee the onion and garlic with olive oil, then add the veggies (except for the spinach) and cook for a bit until they soften slightly, then add the broth, water, and seasoning, then cover and simmer for a while until the veggies soften. then add the tofu and spinach, and let cook on low for a while longer until the spinach wilts down a bit. then, voila, you are ready to serve! i think this would also be yummy with some egg noodles if you wanted, or i also thought about adding some couscous, but honestly i was too lazy to make it lol. you could also switch up the veggies with whatever you have on hand and itd be so yummy :)

i made an introduction post on my other blog (@queenamericana) and realized that maybe i should make one here too! im new to tumblr, and though i have long since been online, it wasnt rlly until now that i decided to start posting :) my other blog is meant to be more specialized and focus on my love for the americana aesthetic (go see my blog if ur interested in that), but this blog is gonna be my personal multi-fandom one without any specific aesthetics. basically, whatever i like, i post!

recently ive been rlly into supernatural, stardew valley, minecraft, its always sunny in philadelphia, and the fear& podcast, and i also always love crocheting, cooking/baking, and movies. but i have a whole load of other interests that ill likely post about as my focus shifts. i just want this to be a chill place i can hang online, and maybe hopefully meet other people who resonate with my stuff. so yeah, this is the most formal a post on this page will probs ever get. thanks for reading if you got this far! <3

howdy yall! as my first post, i wanted to introduce myself and my blog :) im a 20 yr old who's new to tumblr with a love for all things americana, especially american films, fashion, and music from the 40s, 50s, and 60s (as well as modern iterations that take influence from that era). this blog will be a mix of photos i have taken myself, as well as any images i find online that i feel inspired by, and possibly posts of my thoughts on media i have consumed. my main blog, @letterboxduser24, is meant to be more general and for me to post about my multi-fandom interests, whereas this is a purely aesthetic endeavor. i have long been online, but merely as a lurker, and i finally decided to begin posting! i would love to be able to meet people with similar interests, and if you feel my posts resonate with you, dont be afraid to reach out :) i also appreciate any advice on how to improve my blog since, as i said previously, i am a tumblr noob.
