hello! internet archive is currently facing an issue, where news outlets are trying to block the wayback machine from archiving articles and news sites. due to the paywalls and regional restrictions, wayback machine has been really important for accessible journalism no matter your location or financial situation. it gives us access to the information that can be crucial to health, current events, and what is going on in general.

we cannot let this die. news articles are important both in the present and in the future. therefore, both internet archive & i are calling you to action by signing this petition in order to keep journalism safe and free for everyone.

it only takes a few seconds and you don't have to be american to sign.

Tell New York Times, The Atlantic, and USA Today to keep the crucial work of journalists in the Wayback Machine!

The Amur Leopard and Clouded Leopard (which recently celebrated its 50th cub born at the zoo!)

The Sumatran Tiger

The Red Ruffed Lemur and Ring-Tailed Lemur

The Cotton-Top Tamarin and White-Cheeked Gibbon

The Colobus Monkey and De Brazza’s Monkey

And the Mexican Spider Monkey!
