Her parents are famous people, her father is a mayor and her mother is a model. The two hadn't gotten along ever since her mother abandoned Cindy when she was little and her having an old ex-boyfriend, and for her to go to New York and return to the place where she had a husband and a daughter. Her mother is extremely negligent and even got her own daughter's name wrong. And she's homophobic asshole. except for Cindy's father, because he's not homophobic. And her mother sees that Cindy wasn't good enough when it comes to her plans, knowing that Kelsey is an irken just like her father, Zim unfortunately.
Speaking of her mother, she's extremely awful to be Cindy's daughter, besides cheating on her father with other guys she didn't even know, and constantly comparing Cindy to other girls, only saying "oh, why don't you be like her, you're still useless..." or the tendency to compare Cindy's friend to Lindy, Unfortunately, her father is not the same as her mother, who was always like that.
She has a secret interest in the paranormal, The idea was in Cindy's head, but her mother didn't know what Cindy really wanted she hated Cindy's dream. Unfortunately, her father was considering accepting her idea, However, she then keeps her dream a secret. She is a member of Starfalls eyeballs, And she didn't know that Dib was the iconic agent mothman who was once respected and officially became a member of the organization for years and until he married an alien.
She had grown kind of close Dib, (under the agent name, agent diamond.) and she sees him as a father figure for Cindy, Despite Cindy hating Kelsey very much.
Her mother hated Zim and Dib out of pure hatred, Meanwhile, her father continues to be nice to Zim and Dib, despite Cindy's mother's homophobia being a bit strong. And that's why her mother hated both of Kelsey and Larry's fathers.
She has a sister named Zoey (who I might make her into) ever since she arrived to be a sister to Cindy, she didn't like Zoey being friends with Kelsey, but Zoey often hindered Cindy's plans because Kelsey's Irken identity was not revealed.
Cindy and Kelsey had a enemieship/rivarly, Just like back when Zim and Dib were enemies before they were in a relationship. Cindy, I always believed that Kelsey, her younger brother and her parents were up to not good, Cindy constantly wants to expose Kelsey for being an irken.
But Kelsey thwarted Cindy's plans because Kelsey hated having her identity revealed, even though she was Irken just like her father.
There was a time when Cindy and Kelsey had a terrible fight at skool, The two of them ended up getting hurt in the process. Her mother believes Cindy could ruin Kelsey's life, Meanwhile, Zim and Dib were angry about Cindy's mother's attitude, which made Dib feel hatred towards Cindy's mother and dib yelled at Cindy to "Stay away from his daughter."
And Charles tried everything to make Cindy change as a person, But Cindy is still the person who bullies Kelsey.
however, later on, the three have to do a group project together, leading them the bond. Dib was very wary of cindy at first (and rightfully so.) warmed up to her.
Her and her Dad start to have a better relationship, same with dad's relationship with Zoey. He understands that's his kid's probaly won't forgive him for He's done and regret marrying an abusive woman like Cindy's mother, but he still wants to try to be a better parent. Cindy's relationship with her mom gets worse though, espacially after her and her parents divorce, and how she and Zoey chose to stay with their father.
Cindy, her Dad and Zoey have family therapy. And her Dad (Colt) starts trying to get to know Zim and Dib a bit better, and his view of them and Kelsey starts to change :)
Meanwhile, Cindy's mom just starts becoming crazier. Crazy headllines about her and her fans just start popping eveywhere, ruining your reputation. people start seeing through her bullshit.
eventually, cindy, charles and Kelsey They decide to become friends, and Cindy forgives Kelsey after everything she did to her. Then Cindy goes on to find someone who will surely love her too. Finally, Dib loved that Cindy had her redemption arc so that she would stop bullying Kelsey and she thought it was lovely that Kelsey would get along with Cindy from now on. Like Zim and Keef's crazy friendship. :3

Maybe I'll make comics about this rich girl Cindy someday, but I hope you like her.
