“Levi! Leviiii!” Having just gotten back from the gym, freshly showered, and wiggled into her favorite shorts – ones daddy wouldn’t be too fond off, – Lorelai felt the need to track down her twin and give him a proper awakening. It wasn’t very early. Noon, the last time she’d checked. Lorelai had only been up since… what, nine?
Poking her head into his room, she grinned at the sight of him out cold in his bed. In the blink of an eye, she was vaulting on top of him. She scooped up a pillow and smacked him in the head several times. “Wake up! I want like, muffins, or something. And mimosas.”
He was in such a deep sleep that neither the shuffle of feet, nor the calling of his name had woken him. What did was the feel of someone jumping on him. It could only be one person, considering who he was with last night must’ve left instead of daring to wake him like this. No, this was like being seven again. Old habits seemed to die hard when it came to Degenhardts. An inaudible groan finally sounded, a sign that he wasn’t dead.
Though he groaned again as he turned over enough to crack an eye open at his sister, her proposal was enough to get him thinking. “You had me at mimosas.” Levi began to sit up, taking the pillow he’d been using to lightly smack her back. “Next time maybe wake me up with one of those, yeah?”

Born to an American mother and German father, some might say his strict upbringing was what initially caused Levi Degenhardt to become exactly the opposite of what his father wanted. Even though his parents split, he made the best of his summers in Germany, giving news channels and papers the scandals they wanted from the son of a dignitary. He got tired of being forced to be perfect or to behave. No one is perfect and he embraces that.
Perhaps it runs in his blood, for his sister has been to known to also “act out”. There is one thing he loves more than the wealth he was born into, and that’s Lorelai. For as much as he picked on and teased her growing up, she was often a partner in crime in creating messes that stirred up the latest gossip. Levi is protective of his sister and loves her dearly through thick and thin.
The notorious streak of getting expelled didn’t stop following them after the first school, nor the second. His past includes throwing parties or showing up at some with the most expensive types of liquor to liven the night up, fiercely pranking past teachers, streaking due to dares, skinny dipping for fun, attempting to screw around with a teacher (which may or may not have ended their career), and shamelessly breaking a few hearts along the way. Levi tends to be selfish and reckless, often testing how far he can go without injury or getting in trouble with the law, though he has had a couple of close calls due to a DUI and mouthing off to an officer once when he was piss drunk.
He currently attends The Melbourne Institute and is bodyguard free for now (**Wanted Connection!!). He thinks he’s finally escaped the need for his parents to assign him one. In the past he has definitely done his best to be a nightmare to get them to quit since he doesn’t like the way they hover and stop his escapades. Little does he realize a new bodyguard is in the works for him to keep him from further ruining his father’s reputation or getting himself into too much trouble.
Levi suspects that his stay at the university won’t be long and knows professors have his eyes on him with expectations that he’ll soon mess up and get kicked out. What people don’t know is that Levi actually does enjoy learning. He enjoys reading and has dreams of making it in the medical field. Especially with the city’s crime rate, he thinks he could one day make a difference. He has a protective streak and a healer’s touch when those he cares about are hurt, not that you’d guess it when it seems like his loves are alcohol and rule breaking adventures. It doesn’t help that he hasn’t yet taken his education seriously enough to pursue such a career. He just isn’t ready to give up partying and living a posh life.
