I can't believe I was stupid enough to think I'd actually get in. UCLA... it's one of the top schools in the country, something I've dreamed of for longer than I can remember. Something that it only took me ten seconds to realize I'd lost. Ten seconds, and one letter, that's all it took to say goodbye to my future.

That’s cool, the farther the better. I plan on getting out of here of course, I’m just not super choked up about a graduation. Besides, there’s still the summer before that, now that’s something to get excited about.

We’re just going to college. Not joining the military. We’ll still see most of our class on here and facebook and twitter and stuff, if not around town some times. Burkett’s not all that big if you think about it.

Most of my friends or people I still have to deal with on a daily basis aren’t graduating, so they’ll still be around. Maybe a few funny people and hot girls but that’s about it.

I guess that makes sense. 

I guess for me it's just... It feels like I've known some of these people for my entire life, yet I couldn't tell you the slightest thing about them. More of a regret, actually. But that's probably silly. Are you staying close for college then?
