Operation sweet fruit: a plan to form a pear shape body 😋
The objective is to achieve a pear-shaped body and these are the strategies I have for it
Genetics: Genetically speaking my physique is closer to a woman's body than a man's body usch as having a smaller waist to hip ratio (.85) than the average man, which can result in fat being stored to other parts of my body rather than core so a positive
Something common I noticed while looking at other feedees who are further in weight gain tend to have the "apple shape body" aka the pregnant belly look, every time I see them eat it tends to be high carbs or very processed foods, so my goal is to cut out my carb intake and get more fat in my diet
So a ratio of
3k calories per day = .5lbs a week
60+% fat 22+% protein >20% carbs
In theory this is the ideal intake to promote fat growth in the right places
On top of that
With the diet I will develop more "soft fat" aka subcutaneous fat rather then "hard" fat
I must avoid core workouts as that actually ruins a hourglass figure, why idk 🤷♀️
But heavy lifting with lower body center workouts promotes fat growth and muscle growth there (around 200-250lbs lifts should give results)
Now the only thing to do is be consistent and log my recordings
