Load output ranges from 0.5 ton to 50 ton, Lexson’s servo press machines are electrically-driven environmentally friendly press machines, ideal for precision assembly and press fit application. Our standard servo press machine is compactly designed either in a C frame or bench top type machine structure. This electric servo press runs more quietly and cleanly than the conventional hydraulic press and pneumatic press. At the same time, the electric servo press is 75~80% power consumption reduced.

This C frame 1-ton electric servo press machine is custom made for our Australian customer by Lexson Machinery. The video shows the operation of simple recipe editing and parameters setting on HMI. Also, there are some other interfaces of the servo press showing in the video.

This is a custom-made 4-post 600 ton jigsaw puzzle machine with automatic feeding platen for our customer from Brazil. And the jigsaw puzzle machine is a servo-hydraulic press. The press is integrated with precision pressure and position transducers for precision closed-loop control.

Compared to conventional hydraulic press, the advances of the servo-hydraulic press is obvious:

* First of all, much faster approaching, pressing and return speed. * Secondly, all speed adjustable during the whole stroke. * Furthermore, pressure repeat accuracy: ±1%. * 30%~60% lower energy consumption. * Much less noise level. * All parameters programmable on the central color touchscreen. * Finally, the higher degree of reliability and less need for maintenance during the entire lifetime.

It is also a must hot forming machine for IMD/IML industry to produce electrical control panel, such as control panel of washing machine, TV remote and so on.

The hot forming presses are featured with an electrical preheating plate which is integrated in machine body between bottom plate and moving plate. The preheating plate can slide into the working area to heating up the material to a set heating temperature. Then the preheating plate slides backward and out of the working area, and the moving plate presses down to force the material into contact with all mold area with a set dwell time to form the desired shape.
