This isn't anything important, and no idea if you care about the series, but the rerelease of Star Ocean 1 on the 5th should still have Vic's voicework in it from the PSP version(he voices the secret character T'nique Arcana you can recruit later). I may get it and try to see if that's the case(and just play it because it's a good game).

Read through it. I heard rumors but I didn't know the full story. From the profile, until it was stolen and I doubt it, is probably TUG's wife.

She posted a photo of a something very recently that could suggest she is. So, it seems to match up. From I am hearing she is using the account to bait for dick pics. Hard to understand what they are actually doing.

Hello, thanks for the follow and being honest with the situation. I am very glad to hear that you have talked about it and while I am not sure how similar it is I will say this. What Ruki got in trouble for was more than just child characters. When I think of something like Loli or Shota I think of the characters. For a long time I thought black butler was shota. That is basically how I saw the genre. The main character is a feminine young boy, nothing too sexual, that was how I believe shota. But I come to find out it also meant porn as well. I am not too sure what you read and if it was sexual or not. But in the case of Ruki,it was a list of rape, talking with minors online (they were not allowed to do), processed cartoon porn of children (why her playstation was taken away). Not just random photos of shota or loli, but them in sexual acts. I am trying to follow the UK law on what counts as CP when it comes to cartoons for reference here. I am not in the UK so it is a little hard. But from my understanding it was would need to be sexual content. Ruki is a very different story as they have shown to have and comitted acts upon a child.

If it isn't a very big issue and if you recognize it is bad and are about to move passed it you have nothing to really worry about. Keep off the lewd shota stuff. The laws are a bit worrying, I will admit as a good number of the anime community have watched shota porn. Either through a dare, to see the meme for themselves or because they were tricked into watching it.

Vic's case was thrown out because in his own fucking deposition he admits that the others he accused of being part of some bullshit conspiracy were not actually guilty. He said so much so himself, as well as some other creepy shit like "oh its not weird to kiss young girls, they asked for it!"

If all you have is him doing what every other celebrity and politician does, then you kind of have nothing. Nothing against Monica here, but they kiss and hug people. It's their job. But I gotta ask, will you be gonna after Monica next?

Because of where the case was when it was thrown out, Vic is required BY LAW to pay the lawyer fees of the defendants. So he'd emptied his sheeple fund-- I mean, the war chest to pay his lawyer, and the now he has to fork over his own money to pay the fees of the others, lol, sure, winning. That kool-aid grape or cherry flavored?

He won because they all they did was whine about him doing stuff and they provide no proof. However, people were to debunk the claims the TCPAs made. Stan and Erica being just two while the internet went back to grab screenshots from the past to prove many were lying.

This is why we say he won, and I think even Vic feels the same way. More people believe him the more they investigate.

Yeah, I feel like they don't know what the law suit is about. They could need to sue him and press criminal charges in order for him to he found guilty or innocent of the sexual assault allegations. I don't think they will do that.

Uhhhh, IDK how good ur math is but like Vic having to pay out nearly 300k in his own lawsuit doesnt feel like a win. Like. Suing someone for 5 million dollars and then ending entirely in the red feels like a big L.

We call it a win as they could of gotten what they asked for. When I said it was going to be 381k or less, I was calculating the most extreme fee that was given. He could at the end of it pay even less than Monica and Ron will depending what how the Appeals go.

Plus the affidavits they used seems to suggest Vic was innocent of the accusations. Free speech save their asses. Now if they want to convince me that Vic is guilty of the crimes they claim they need to do a better job proving it. Maybe taking it to criminal court next would be a good start.

If that's case that makes it a situation where no one is in the right. Apologies the situation with ruki has caused me to be more skeptical. I still istandwithvic though.
