Lydia shrugged, “anything really. Other than lacrosse, what else do you like?”
“Video games, mostly.”

Lydia shrugged, “anything really. Other than lacrosse, what else do you like?”
“Video games, mostly.”
“I’m not most girls. I actually like to think I got past that way of viewing myself Sophomore year.”
Liam smiled. “Well, what do you like to read?”
Isaac held up his arms, stepping out of the way so Liam could make his shot. “There are other places on the field,” he grumbled.
“Yeah, but when you’re practicing goals, there’s only two spots.”
“Not really, no.”
“Most of the girls I know don’t like both.”
“I like shopping. Reading, too.”
“That’s...an interesting combination.”
“I guess it’s understandable.”
“I definitely choose not to, if I’m being honest.”
“Well what do you like to do, then?”
“Which is why I say lacrosse isn’t my thing,” Lydia said.
“I have a few friends who play though,” Lydia said, with a shrug. “I’ll leave the lacrosee playing to them.”
“Well, I like it.”
“You don’t seem like a person who plays sports, though.”
Lydia turned towards the goal, and judging the distance, she shot the ball towards the net. It landed easily in the boundaries. “Huh,” was all she said.
She turned back towards Liam, handing the lacrosse stick back to him. “Lacrosse still isn’t my thing,” she said.
He nodded, impressed. “Now, just imagine that, but with a bunch of people trying to hit you, and a guy blocking it.”
He takes it back and grabs another ball, shooting it into the net easily.
Lydia raised an eyebrow. “Lacrosse isn’t really my thing,” she said.
She reached for the stick despite her answer, taking it from Liam’s hand.
Liam smirks when she takes it. “All you have to do is get the ball in the net. Easy, since there isn’t a goalie there.”
“I was just walking around. Guess I stopped paying attention to where I was going. I’ll stay away from the goal from now on.”
“Do you want to come give it a shot?”
He holds out the lacrosse stick.
‘Woah, watch it!’
“You’re the one in the way.”
“Oh, oh yeah. I’m sorry.”
“Don’t be, just don’t stand in the goal. That’s where the ball is supposed to go.”
“You might want to get out of the way!”
