It is diligent to put bollards in front of a fire hydrant to prevent impact. But, could we really be careful to make each one really work well?
It is very efficient to have outside dining area on such a wide sidewalk and simultaneously divide out two sidewalks. What other programs can happen on the sidewalk at other time during a day?
Using different pavements does help to tell people there are different programs happening. Is there any other way to inform peds the same thing?
A supporting column is designed to be in “flash” shape because there is a manhole cover right below. Doesn’t one really have better solution for this?
On the second floor, “fake” balconies are set up. These balconies are only about one foot wide. How do people enjoy these?
