Attila (1954)
Sophia Loren
The only good thing about the Italian film Attila was Sophia Lorin as Princess Honoria.

#FuckTrump
Some people are so badly informed they still think Trump purs America first. Trump is worse than Benidict Arnold, Trumps treachery caused many more American deaths. He took America to war to defend Israel, the terrorist nation that attacked the U S A on September 11, that is real treason against every American that died that day and in all the bouus Wars on Terror since then. At least Aronald started off as an American patriot. His bravery was important to winning the important Battle of Saratoga. Trump has nothing to balance his treason. Trump is a much worse traitor than Benidict Arnold. From now on our name for a traitor should be a Trump.
Finding better meanings for initials is an improvement
Sketch for the painting ‘Pope Leo the Great before Attila the Hun’ (1894–1895) Józef Mehoffer (Polish, 1869-1946)
Pope Leo is left entirely out of the BBC version of the Attila story as is the Roman princess Honoria. In the Italian version with Anthony Quinn and Sophia Loren; The Pope saves the day and Princess Honoria portrayed by Loren has a major role. Loren's beauty is the only thing worth watching in that version of the story.
Sign of the Pagan (1954)
Jack Palance was great as Attilla the Hun. But the movie was not at all historically accurate. The plot left a lot to be desired. The costumes were not at all accurate. The armor was obviously plastic. The only thing that makes Sign of the Pagan at all worth watching was the performance of Palance as Attilla. The term Pagan has a sinister sound but it actually was just an ancient word for country bumpkin or hick. It became associated with the old polytheistic religions, because when the urban populations accepted Christianity people out in the rual areas were more conservative and clung to their old gods and beliefs.
Movie and TV media should at least try to get the race correct for the characters in historical dramas, let Native Americans portray American Indians, Asians portray Asians, Africans be Africans and Europeans portray Europeans. I
Watched a BBC show about Atilla the hun with a white guy as Attilla, the huns are recorded in history as being short Asian people not tall Europeans. Atillia's failing as a military leader was to have his smaller light equipped horse archers stand and fight the bigger armored Eeuopeans in close combat. A good military commander does not try to adopt military tactics that are against the nature of his people. I am sure there are enough small Aisan actors they could have found someone better for the part of Attila. Other than that the BBC telling of Atilla's story was the best, most historically accurate of any I have seen. Jack Palance and Anthony Quinn were good as Atilla, but neither of them are Asians either.
As I understand the history of the Sikhs, their religion demands they carry weapons to protect themselves from Muslims that were attacking them back in India. Seems like The Church of England should adopt the same rule for the same reason then English people could defend themselves in their own country.
Tell them to fuck off. Their religion is not something I have to follow. They came to America, they can assimilate to our culture just as we would have to assimilate to theirs if we moved to a Muslim country. They'll just have to accept they can't force this kind of thing on us.
If they want to, then they can FAFO, just like everyone else.
I’d go straight to the shelter and bring home two more - and big ones too!
Keep your dog. If they keep Muslims away we need more dogs.
Both sides are wrong. I want America first. Liberty not politics.

YES
No ! I want a president that puts the USA first, not a traitor that sends Americans to fight to defend Israel in an illegal war.
The Battle of the Little Big Horn was fought on June 25-26 1876 . The Indians had the soldiers outnumbered and outgunned. Custer and 260 men were killed on June 25th the remainder of his command held off a siege by the Indians and were finally rescued on the morning of June 27th. The trooper’s main weapon was a single shot carbine. Archaeological investigations revealed many Indians were armed with repeating fire arms, probably from white traders or given them by government agents at reservations for hunting. General George A. Custer is a person historians seem to either admire or hate. His Civil War record is very impressive. What happened to him and his men at the Little Big Horn is still hotly debated. Why did he so underestimate the number of Indians he faced? Did he disobey orders? Did the officers under him fail to carry out his plan? Probably we will never know for sure. From his own writing Custer seems to have much admired and respected the Native Americans the Government sent him to fight. Here are three artist’s view of Custer’s Last Stand, the first is the famous Adams-Becker painting that Anheuser Bush placed in Bar rooms all across the US. The second is by H. Charles McBarron and the third is my favorite by Harold Von Schmidt.

I love sense of movement in this great illustration.
Harold von Schmidt (1893-1982) specialized in magazine illustrations with a great flair for depecting animals in motion.

Why doesn't Trump just accept Iran's terms. Things would be no worse than when he started the war. It would save America a lot of money to be out of the Middle East and stop supporting Israel. A win for Iran and the American people. Too bad Trump has no loyalty to the American people. He gets his pay and orders from Israel. That makes him a traitor as well as a war criminal.
Does anyone really think we will see a peace settlement this Friday. If Trump were smart enough to agree to Iran's terms, his evil boss Netanyaheu would find a way to wreck the deal. America's best option would be to join with Iran against our real enemy Israel. Free Palestine and bring peace to the Middle East.
Without Israel the world will be a much better place.
