Everything marked with * are the epithets that are appropriate for their domains, realms of influence, and associations
Notus "The Destroyer of Crops"
Notus (god of the south wind) is feared by mortals as the destroyer of crops. He is associated with the desiccating hot winds of summer and brought moist, misty weather and fog as well as the wet, storm-bringing winds of the late summer. He is known to be easily angered and fights with his brother, Boreas regularly, inciting massive storms. Despite all this, he is known to be quite lenient with thieves.
Eurus "The Unlucky One"
Eurus (god of the east wind) is associated with Autumn, warm weather, and rain. He enjoys hanging out with Helios, the sun god, and is known as the chill brother of the Anemoi. Though mostly quiet and reserved he is still a wind of storms, bringing heavy rains, and tornadoes, and described as turbulent on the ocean as he is known to toss ships about on the sea.
Zephyrus "The Gentle One" & Flora The herald of Spring, Zephyrus (god of the west wind) is known as the most gentle among his brothers. When he descends, he melts the winter snow, bringing with him life-giving winds, warmth, and the joy of spring. As a result of Zephyrus kissing Chloris, a nymph, she became Flora, the goddess of flowers and new growth.
Boreas "The Devouring One" & Orithyia
Boreas (god of the north wind) is associated with Winter, known for his strength and violent temper, bringing with him cold air and weather. He is said to have snakes for feet, which he hides under a long cloak.
A long time ago, Boreas became smitten with the mortal princess, Orithyia, whom he spotted dancing along a river bank near the city of Athens. Despite his attempts to gain her favor, she rejected every advance. Boreas quickly became angry and rose terribly into the sky, wrapping Orithyia in a cloud and bringing her back to his palace in the North.
The Anemoi - Greek gods of wind The Four Brothers: Zephyrus (The West), Notus (The South), Eurus (The East), and Boreas (The North).
Mythology Moodbaord: Greek-Children of Nyx
The Hesperides are Nymphs of the Sunset and the guardians of the Golden Apples. These 4 sisters where tasked with garding the grove of golden apples, which were said to make the consumer immortal. The sisters were given the task by Hera, who recived the tree om her wedding day from Gaia. But even so,the goddes didnt fully trust the nymphs to watch the grove by themsleves,so Hera placed Ladon, a 1000 headed dragon that never sleeps,to watch the grove and the Hesperides as well.

fuck it, i never ever do those “reblog for X, this one really works!” posts, but this one doesn’t have any of that BS, this is just straight up wishing us good things; and then the comment doesn’t even say any of that either. Zero claims on this post, all positive vibes
