Sometimes I go to bed early to avoid being sad for the night, but I always end up waking up feeling empty. I go to use the bathroom, and as I walk there I’m having a panic attack for no absolute reason. Something is jittering around in my chest. I’m making myself freak out. Laying back down, I wanna have a mental break down again. It’s not that anything bad has happened. But… I think my body and mind knows that I need the world to stop for a second, for a minute, for an hour, for a couple of days. I need a break from life.
