I should have ended my life a long time ago.

but, mom... im so sorry, but it's so difficult to change. it's so painful to be a good person when i've raised myself as harsh as i am angry. it's excruciating to sleep with a flawless plan to getting it together and wake up to fuck it all up. my bad habits crawl up to me when i'm so close to having it all together... and i fall back into the same cycle. i hate that this happens, too. i wish i could do more than try. i really do.

It is a blessing I am able to read people and help others. But the curse is I am unable to help myself. Right now my sensitive and broken soul is torturing me so much that I am breaking my body. Through restriction and laxatives and purging my body is as broken as my sensitive mind. I'm in a really dark place right now and struggling to sleep.
