Life Series TCG Fan Project

It’s a Pokémon style TCG about the life series! This project will have each character in each season so there would be a lot of different cards, then maybe have some rare ones of special moments in each life series! And WE NEED ARTISTS LIKE YOU GUYS CUZ YOU ARE SO TALENTED!

We are a fan project aim in to create a Pokémon style TCG about the life series! And we need artists for the art to go on these cards! We thinking of doing each character in each season so there would be a lot of different cards, then maybe have some rare ones of special moments in each life series! There will be like 65-70 cards so many people can get involved! I will create the actual cards for the art to go into!

I also need people to help actually send this round so it gets to as many amazing life series artists as possible!

Do you mind if I ask, what is the vague timeframe for this project? (mainly what I am asking is, about how many weeks/months until artists are expected to provide pieces)?

Hi there!

Yes, the art for the cards needs to be submitted by the 31st of March! Then play testing will take place through April and the game should come out at the beginning of May if all goes well!

does the examlple art for the application have to be mcyt related, or can it be anything?

Who's behind this project? What is the timeframe for this? How do you plan on releasing the cards - will they be printed, or just posted one by one, or hosted on another website somewhere? Is this a nonprofit event?

Hiya! Some great questions here! The admin is me @lucylu-art and couple of other life series artists! The time frame I’m hoping is going to be around 3 months or so, so hopefully finishing around Easter! So with releasing the cards, that is still up in the air, obviously they will be released digitally first but if there is a want by the community, I can think about maybe releasing them somewhere but I’m not sure yet! And yes, this a completely non-profit event, just a bunch of life series artists making something cool together for the wider community! Hope this answered all your questions and don’t hesitate to ask if you have any more!
