my psych changed my dose.  So I’m still on 10mg escitalopram BID, but now my buspirone is up from 15mg BID to 30mg BID.  

Since it just changed I was quite nauseated at first... Now I think I’m past that but my appetite is still suppressed.  Guys.  I couldn’t finish a plate of nachos.. NACHOS. I know nachos aren’t healthy but I love them and felt defeated ahha

there’s a secret that every person who has an IUD tells nobody.... because if people knew then it might sway them from getting it... and IUDs are awesome and have so many benefits and are a great BC option..

and that is the incredible pain of an instrument pinching your cervix before the IUD is inserted.

It bugs me when people are unnecessarily mean. Like, you didn’t have to make that comment. You could have just kept your mouth shut and left that person not feeling bad about themselves. What do you gain from making someone else feel like shit? Nothing of substance. Maybe a fleeting moment of power but that’s gone as soon as it comes so why? There’s enough unhappiness in the world without you adding to it.
