Day 9nof #RealYouYoga id firefly pose! Ive never even tried to get into this pose until today! Honestly I got further along then I thought in 10 secs lol but it took 20 minutes of research first lol . . . . Sooo I am pleased to announce #RealYouYoga challenge which starts Jan 1- Jan 12. The goal of this challenge is to take ONE photo of the pose given for the day and NO MATTER what it looks like, you MUST post it- good, bad, funny, horrible, amazing... you MUST take only ONE photo and post it, hence REAL YOU YOGA.
