Not to be THAT bitch but

Every time you lift you are risking so much. Lifting can have big rewards but it’s dangerous. I see so many Hauls that say there were sloppy. NEVER BE SLOPPY. If you are arrested it stays on you forever. Even if you are the best lifter in the world there is always a chance. Be as cautious as you can and stay safe. I would hate to see some of you guys hurt your future over lifting. Just a friendly reminder that you aren’t invincible. Check yourself before you wreck yourself.

I went to W*łmárt, çhäptērš, pêtšmãrt, døłłârãmå and šhöppėrś and was was sused asf at W*łmárt a worker saw me sit down on a bench while lifting the hair straighter and i honestly had a mini heart attack i thought she saw but i guess not?? (My W*łmárt has the worst security ever) and at dollàråmà me and my friend were fucking around with the employee only door in the back and a fuCkIng alarm went off but it was only cuz we were being retarded lmao they didnt care well anyways this is by far my biggest haul most of it was fish stuff for Habibi kinda overkill tho all the things in his tank are lifted too just cant get them out rn lmao also srry i forgot to include some stuff cuz 1. I was there with my sister (who i sometimes lift with) and I concealed on floor and brought decoy items to try on in the fitting room so I could detag. I had an uo tote with the clothes in it and my sister LEFT TAGS in the bag. I didn’t notice so when I went to the fitting rooms, I gave them my tote to hang the clothes. Since I also had a pair of underwear in there untagged, the lady said I couldn’t take the bag in. I let her have it and she handed it to another employee. The one she gave it to said “Hey, Olga (employee who let me in fitting room) can I talk to you when you’re done?” I got a bad feeling after that. When I was done in there, another employee stopped me and said “these were in your shopping bag” while holding some tags. I honestly had no idea they were in there and said “they were?” He was like “yeah, do you have the panties?” I said “no” and he said “not at all? ” I was like “ I don’t have them” he said “these were in your bag tho.. ” I said “ I got it like that” and he said “the bag was empty, you got it like this? ” I said “ yep” and he was like “ okayyy..” and he left me alone. I told my sister and after, we still “browsed” around a bit to ditch everything we had and an employee followed us every where we went and used their mics to talk about us. I bought something to ease suspicion off a bit and we went to leave and the same employee that stopped me at the fitting rooms and 2 others were waiting for me and my sister at the door. We got to the exit and they stopped us and said “you guys are trespassing, don’t come back here anymore”. We just said “ okay” and left.

so im banned from that one now, he didn’t ask to check our bags, take our pictures, or have us sign anything. kinda pissed he didn’t check our bags or anything because he can’t really confirm we took them, plus we ditched everything so we didn’t take anything.

what i learned:

- DO NOT FOR THE LIFE OF YOU GET SLOPPY

- NEVER ADMIT TO ANYTHING

-ALWAYS CONCEAL ON BODY SO IF THEY ASK TO CHECK YOUR BAG, NOTHING WILL BE THERE

-BE CAREFUL WITH SOMEONE WHO YOU HAVENT LIFTED MUCH WITH BEFORE

-DITCH IF YOURE SUSSED, BETTER SAFE THAN SORRY

Urban has dome cameras and uses non-ink pencil tags. you’ll need a magnet, but the tag part is super small so they’re easy to rip/cut out. they’re pretty good at tagging, but will occasionally miss out dresses for some reason. they tag their very expensive clothing items - and luxury brands - with screamer tags. this is typical of larger/flagship branches, the smaller ones won’t carry these clothing items. i just cut the fabric around the tag so i can slip it out without setting it off.

the SAs won’t interact with you on the shop floor, but they dress casually so it’s easy to mistake them for customers. i think some branches have them wearing lanyards. they sometimes have uniformed LP but they tend to stay by the doors. if they roam, they will do it very slowly and will perch on the stairs so as to look out over the store😂😅 they’re very easy to spot - they wear black suits and earpieces. i think i may have seen undercover LP at an Urban once, but it’s hard to tell😓

the sales room/section makes for good blind spots in almost every Urban i’ve ever been to. the massive amounts of clothes and messiness of the room ensure that you can sneakily hide away a few items even if there are cameras around - the one in my local Urban is usually covered and blinded by all the clothes hanging around it😅😅 otherwise, the tall racks make for good blind spots in any part of the store, providing there aren’t any cameras directly above them!

they count at the fitting rooms. they’re meant to take the items from you to count them, and hang them up for you in the fitting room, but depending on the store they might just take your word for number of items you’re holding, or wave you through without asking at all. they’re terrible at keeping the fitting rooms tidy imo, so there might be plenty of potential decoy items or alternate item number cards lying around for you to take advantage of

at Urban i typically gather up both clothes i want and decoys, and slip clothes into my bag in blind spots. i usually conceal an equal number of clothes to the amount i’m holding, and when i get into the fitting rooms i swap them on the hangers. i hand back the decoys and leave. i’m not too bothered about the difference bc some of the stuff i concealed was stuff i wanted, and i always hang a decoy or two at the front of my pile so the SA will focus on that. if i took a huge amount in with me i’ll take a few decoys and then hang them away once i’m out of sight of the SA - bringing in huge amounts of clothes and giving them all back is a tiny bit sus, especially if you do it every time to go to that store

Well it‘s better to not use s bag but sometimes you gotta 🤔 I have this sort of purse that looks small but can fit a LOT inside. I don’t think a big bag would be that bad if you don’t have any other alternative but I heard that black bags make lp think you’re sus. or maybe just take a shopping bag from another shop, i don’t think that would look sus even if it’s kinda big
