i’ve never made a post like this before, and i wish i didn’t have to make one like it now, but i’ve been getting more and more desperate. so here goes
i’m a disabled lesbian and a multiply-abused survivor. i’m living in an abusive situation now where i am not safe. i have severe adhd as well as ptsd, and aside from my situation my flashbacks and other symptoms are often debilitating.
despite all this, i recently graduated with a four year degree and have been job searching for the past few months. my work history has made things hard, and what little savings i have left are draining.
i do not have a supportive family or any friends in the area. my only supports are meds and trauma therapy, but i haven’t been able to afford meds for months and i’ve had to cut back on therapy sessions to stretch out the grace period on my bill. i won’t even be able to afford bus fare to get to job interviews for much longer.
i need to get out of here. i’m tired of fighting, i’m tired of surviving, and i’m tired of feeling unsafe all the time. i want to work my way free of this cycle. but ironically, getting a job costs money. so i’m asking for your help. i need money for meds, to continue attending therapy, and for transportation costs.
you can of course donate, but i’d rather do work for you. i can:
write fic ($5/100 words, up to 5000 words. i’m familiar with multiple fandoms and graduated with a minor in creative writing, so just ask)
edit and revise essays and other documents ($3/page, i’m an english literature graduate and am familiar with multiple styles and subject matter in the humanities)

make graphic/gif requests ($10, examples here)
