Kylie Blake | The Shadows | Light Manipulation ...................................................................................... Not much is known about the two girls that have left a bloody trail across the country. The newspapers started calling them The Shadows because of both their abilities, the manipulation of Light and Dark, but also their ability to disappear. Their long list of kills, is splattered with names of murderers, rapists, drug lords, the scum of the earth. And some newspapers are even recognizing these assassins as heroes. But Kylie Blake knows exactly what they are. They are murderers, they are killers, they are not heroes.
Nikki looked down at Kylie smiling, pressing the occasional small kiss to her lips. “Not as much as I do." She teased running her fingers gently up Kylie’s side.
Kylie smiled shaking her head. "Bull shit." She said her hand finding her way into Nikki's hair and her hands bunched and tugged at the soft golden locks.
Nikki kissed down Kylie’s neck running her tongue lightly over her collarbone before biting playfully. She smiled pressing more open mouth kisses back up Kylie’s neck before moving to kiss her lips. “I love you." She whispered with a smile moving up to catch Kylie’s eye.
Kylie hands were mostly limp on Nikki. She was so lost in the feeling of Nikki's lips moving over her skin. Their lips crashed again with a force that brought a smile to her face. The words were the most familiar thing she'd ever heard. And even though they were slightly different, those words felt so perfect, so normal, and so comfortable. "Love you too." She answered.
Nikki’s eyes closed a small whine escaping her lips as Kylie ran her hands over her sides. She broke the kiss moving to kiss Kylie’s neck moving her hands to push up Kylie’s shirt running her hands over the exposed skin.
A shiver ran through Kylie's spine. Later she will blame it on Nikki's cold fingers. But now in the moment she knew it had nothing to do with the cold. It had everything to do with whose cold fingers they were. Kylie moaned when Nikki hit a particularly sensitive spot on her neck.
Nikki smiled back leaning in to start the kiss up again. She knew Kylie had been right earlier, people were going to think this was wrong. But Nikki didn’t care about that, not because she was indifferent or thought it was stupid, because they would never know how she felt. How right being with Kylie felt. It wasn’t like Nikki hadn’t been in relationships before, she had even loved someone else once but it didn’t feel anything like this.
Kylie's eyes slid shut and her arms clutched at Nikki's shoulders. Her lips moved in sync with Nikki's. Her finger tips skimmed down Nikki's sides resting on her hips. The skin there seeming to be ice cold as her hands trailed over it.
Kylie grinned her hands resting on Nikki’s back. She leaned back pulling Nikki along with her until she was laying on the bed. She shifted her hands to tangle in Nikki’s hair. If she’d thought kissing Nikki last night was amazing this was twice that. The lack of...
Kylie smiled up at her. She wasn't sure what she was doing, Kyle had been with people before but it had only ever been sexual. There were no feelings, and Kylie had never cared about what they thought of her. But she cared about Nikki. Everything about this experience was new and different.
Nikki closed her eyes as she was pulled onto the bed feeling the dark shadow creep over her hand for a moment before retracting as she gained control and finally caught up with what was going on. She barely got to kiss back before Kylie parted their lips and said something. “So good." Nikki smiled leaning over to kiss Kylie again,
Kylie grinned her hands resting on Nikki's back. She leaned back pulling Nikki along with her until she was laying on the bed. She shifted her hands to tangle in Nikki's hair. If she'd thought kissing Nikki last night was amazing this was twice that. The lack of alcohol clouding her mind bringing the pleasure to the forefront of her mind.
Nikki smiled standing up and moving to hover at the side of Kylie’s. “Is that Fuck it a good one for me or a bad one?" She asked letting herself get her hopes up a little more than she usually would. Excess emotions always released her control over her powers but much like last night Kylie has a way of getting her to let her guard down without even knowing it.
Kylie shimmied sat up and swooped Nikki into her arms pulling the girl to her. "It's a I give up, fuck it." She said as she pulled Nikki's lips to hers. She shifted lifting Nikki's legs positioning her so that she was straddling her legs. "So good for you." She answered as she pulled away.
Nikki looked over at Kylie giving a small chuckle and a smile, “Ky, when have I ever cared what anyone thought?" She said not expecting an answer, “Anyone can shove it up their ass if they feel the need to comment. We know its not wrong because its not. After all these years I know without a doubt that the way I feel about you isn’t wrong."
Kylie let out a breath and flopped down on her bed. "Fuck it all." She said with a sigh of defeat. She knew she wouldn't be able to keep herself away from Nikki. especially if Nikki wanted this.
Nikki shook her head sitting up and looking over at Kylie, “No Ky, because I don’t see it that way. People grow up next door to the people they marry all the time. To me it doesn’t seem morally wrong at all."
"Everyone will see it as wrong." Kylie argued. She ran her hand through her hair. "I'm not saying I..Maybe I dont' care. I'm just making sure you are aware of the consequences." Her hand twitched and Kylie balled it into a fist.
"That we aren’t sisters?" Nikki asked sighing as Kylie turned away from her. “I can’t ignore that Ky. Or take back the way I feel about you." She closed her eyes turning onto her back. “You can make your own decision on what you want to do Ky, I don’t ever want you to feel like I am pressuring you like you have to do anything."
"So that's what you want?" She asked. "You want to just forget about everything. Ignore that what we're doing is so morally wrong." Kylie didn't know what she wanted, what to say or do.
"Did you really think I was your sister? Well no did you really ever feel like I was your sister?" Nikki asked. “I never did. I always knew deep down that the way we connected it wasn’t like sisters. We didn’t fight like sisters or treat each other like sister. Not fully."
"But that's not the point. Not really." Kylie closed her eyes feeling the stress of the day finally falling on her. "It's wrong. We know it is." She bit her lip her eyes shifting away from Nikki. "We have to decide then. Do we ignore what we know?"
"We don’t have to." Nikki said pointing out that the subject could be ignored if they really wanted it to. “I was a little drunk but I meant every word of what I said and everything I did. I’m leaving the decision making up to you Ky. If you want to continue what we initiated the other day we can and if you don’t we don’t have to."
Kylie sighed running her fingers through her hair. "I don't know. This whole thing is really confusing." She took another deep breath. "This is wrong. We grew up together, and I know we spent most of our teenage years apart but that doesn't change that we've believed all these years thinking we're sisters. And now...this."
Nikki smiled, “Nothing you can’t handle." Kylie was the strongest person she knew and she trained extremely hard to make sure it stayed that way. “So do you want to talk about last night?" She asked. She felt like this is the first time in a long time they both didn’t completely know where the other stood.
Kylie sighed knowing this was coming. She closed her computer and turned so she was facing Nikki. "I sort of suppose we have to don't we." She said. Though of course she really didn't want to. "You were a little bit drunk. And I suppose so was I..."
"Yeah." Nikki nodded smiling and laying back on her side with her head on the pillow so she could look over at Kylie. “I went for a run earlier so I am happy to say that my whole day wasn’t wasted." She said. “How was your training?" She asked keeping the conversation light for now.
Kylie smiled at her. "I'm proud of you." She was always pleased when Nikki went out of her way for extra training. "My trainer more or less beat the shit out of me." She joked. "But it could've been worse."
