Okay dont hate me but originally when playing and watching s4 I really didnt like mitch/didnt care for him but then replaying I really liked him episode 1 even tho he was on screen for like one second (I have a fascination with side characters aswell so i latched onto him) like I could see the potential especially with his cute interaction with aj, when you bring the food back from the train station ANNDDD my fav is when you beat up marlon he says in the back "woah..she kicked his ass" and is very impressed with clem. I just found him more likeable then when I first watched/played

Then epsiode 2 I used to really not like him even when I play now, I am still upset how insensitive he is towards ruby about ms Martin but it makes sense for his character ig BUT STILL. I also just didnt like how he acted towards clem But ig it makes a little sense cause WE play as clem and have more bias towards her even tho her kid murdered his friend but at the same time his friend murdered his other friend and gave away his other friends so IDKKKK it was really messy

THEN..... it changed when I got a random mitchentine tik tok and i was like "wait....i kinda see the potential..." I never thought about their ship potential until then because I wasn't in the twdg fandom space that wasn't like youtube until last year

THE START OF MY MITCHENTINE FASCINATION!! late dec/early jan last year after the edit I replayed s4 and having found out a little about mitchentine I payed more attention to their scenes together and their dynamic I also chose different options then I usually did and the big one I chose was to burn ms Martin and you get the nice little scene with him at the end that I never saw before and it awoke my mitchentine spirit for good... my brain got obsessed, and I spent my whole jan drawing them and thinking about them like a madman (also rascets art really inspired me TO ACTUALLY TAKE THE STEP TO DRAW THEM so shout out @rascet ur amazing)

Onto why I like them, I just really like their dynamic (especially with the scenarios i make in my head lol), in ep 1 I feel he was really impressed by her (even tho hes is a big ass in ep 2 you can still see he is impressed and respects her survival ability when she takes down the walkers in the greenhouse heheheh) the moments when hes not being mean are really cute like their joking in the greenhouse and talking to him while he makes the bomb also when they dislike eachother and are hostil beforehand makes it so so juicy and I love it (also I feel like clem would appreciate his headstrong nature and survival skills (exept we didnt see it much..."hes good in a fight" the one time we saw him in awhile fight he died so) I feel she would also fall for his nerdy knowledge that is actually pretty useful actually i also imagine him to have like basic hunting and other useful knowledge i think theyd have good chats aswell) this is really surface level stuff reasons, Im really bad at like character analysis and shit like that so I apologise 😔. my brain just likes it and then idk how to explain it well

He had a lot of potential past episode 2, and they killed him in such a stupid way just when he was getting good aswell. I love to imagine how their dynamic would change if he survived and they spent more time with eachother and how clem would feel about him platonic or not i wouldnt mind JJST ANYTHING!! SKYBOUND RELEASE A DLC WITH THE 2 WEEKS BETWEEN THE ATTACK AT ERICSON I BEG WE MISSED SO MUCH CONTENT OMGGG the poor side characters who got nothing ruby aasim omar mitch tenn willy you will be greatly mourned also would of love to see the scrapped storyline of them taking back more of the school IM GETTING OFF TOPIC

Anyway If I wanna add anything I forgot later ill probably do it in the comments, your all more then welcome to add why you might also like the ship in the replys cause I woukd love to chat about it and hear everyone's opinions aswell cause I need to obsess over them again
