Beltane (May 1st) is almost here, we celebrate spring being at its peak and everything around us being in bloom. The sun is shining bright again, and the days are now longer.
Beltane correspondences: Symbols | bonfire, lots of candles, sun, flowers and flower crowns, maypoles, colored ribbons Colors | yellow, white, green, pink, reds Spells | fertility, love, cleansing, spellss for creativity and beauty Crystals | rose quartz, carnelian, jasper Herbs and flowers | tulips, violets, mint, rosemary Foods to make | salad, cake or pie, dishes with honey, breads, nuts How to celebrate | Light a bonfire, go out in nature, make love, dancing, make a maypole

Personal ana diet plan, feel free to take inspo from it & change in to fit YOU & what you feel comfortable with. Add different workouts, meal plans, rules, & what not!
Weight drop loss diet- ONLY 7 days
Then move on to ABC diet- same basic principles, just follow calorie restrictions from traditional ABC diet until completion. If you feel ill, STOP IMMEDIATELY.
Breakfast

8 almonds
1 egg
Lunch
Tuna fish
Soup (no creamy soup unless it’s super low cal)
Dinner-
Protein shake (CHUG and then take sleep aid)
Must be totally consumed by 6PM.
(The sleep aid is for ME personally because i can’t sleep without sleep aid & i like to go to sleep early so i don’t get tempted to binge)
Workout-
-MUST walk or run 5 days a week MINIMUM
-On lower calorie days- only walk 4-5 miles (or one hour equivalent in a safe place)
-Higher calorie days- run/jog 1.5 miles & walk 4-5 miles
-NO workouts on fasting days.
-Must record work out, food, & weight in notebook of choice.
-Must weigh self two-three times a week.
-Must look at thinspo daily to stay motivated.
-Must drink a gallon of water a day minimum.
-Must only consume alcohol 4 days a week. (IF YOU ARE 21 & OVER!)
-Must chew gum & drink a lot of water, coffee, or tea in between meals to avoid snacking
-Must take Biotin, B12, & stool softener DAILY.
-Must do a facial mask every two nights to ensure healthy skin (switch up between charcoal, honey, and collagen masks). (Again this is just for me to make sure that my skin stays glowy & cute!)
