Burn, Witch, Burn (Sidney Hayers, 1962)
Two different kinds of sad. A pretty nice practice on how to precisely control the expressiveness of the eyes.
By Sam Wolfe Connelly
Wish Nikki was just as much a prisoner of the wish as real Nikki was. To be forced to love a void of a man that demands you to be everything you’re not. It’s no wonder she obsessed over the cat. She too was a neglected pet he claimed to love but never cared for. She didn’t want to be discarded like the cat so she tried to memorialize her. But she didn’t know how. She was given nothing and yet supposed to know everything and be the perfect dream girl. But even the dream girl wasn’t real.
oh how she breaks my heart :(
