1) I want to kill myself every hour of every day!

2) I dread waking up because it means I have to live another day in this life!

3) My anxiety disables me in everyday life!

4) Being neurodivergent means employers just don't want me and keep rejecting me!

5) All the sexual abuse that I've been through in my life has suddenly come back to me over the last few days!

6) The guilt of my own actions is crippling me!

7) I can't block it out anymore!

8) I can't sleep at night because my head feels like it's fucking exploding!

9) No one fucking cares about me and everyone secretly hates me! But don't tell them that I know, because then they'll start showing it instead of doing it secretly!

10) I can't make any good music! My first album releases on Spotify today and it's ASS!

11) The neglect I went through as a child is coming back to me suddenly!

12) All the bullying I went through is also coming back at once!

13) I'm remembering all the times I tried to end it!
