my anxiety is so fucking bad these last few days but I can't tell anyone because nobody fucking understands me I feel like I'm just begging for attention every single fucking time I hate my life. I went into some crazy episode today in my room because of how bad it's getting where I relapsed and cvt my fucking thigh but nobody would understand me because I'm just an attention seeker and guilt tripper I just hate my life so fucking much I just wish I could be understood im so trapped in my own head by the lack of understanding from other people
