“I am broken. Everyday is a new battle, but I am understanding that the war is already won. It was won by a man willing to give up everything for my wretched self. As broken as I stand He is whole. As hard as the battle seems He is victorious. I am trusting that beauty will come. And He will be glorified through the messiness of my life.”

What is your favorite book of the Bible and why?
Ecclesiastes, because in my honest opinion, it is the realest of all the books in the Bible. The author (I really think it’s Solomon) basically levels with the reader and goes, ” Check it out: Anything outside of Christ? It’s nothing. Bruh, it’s nothing. Absolutely nothing. It’s a fart. It’s literally worthless. Your car, your houses, your money? Crap. Your family and friends? Nothing. Sis, you’re looking good in your makeup, hair and nails? Pointless. Listen, bruh. All this stuff here is finna burn up. Unless it’s the Lord, don’t hold on to it too tightly. It’s just vain crap and it’s going to get you nowhere. God bless you!”
