Undercover Little Suggestions:

There are times in every little one’s life when we need to regress, but can not for various reasons. These are a few things I do to make myself feel better at work or in public when I feel myself fading out.

🌸 Wear cute/fuzzy socks.

🌙 Wear hair bows, cute accessories, and cute clothes. No one will know, I promise.

🌸 Carry around a perfume or lotion with a comforting scent. I take lavender hand lotion to work with me.

🌙 Have a cute cup of your favorite color or character and fill it with a drink that makes you feel little.

🌸Munch on candy or sweet cereal.

🌙 Wear a fun hair style. I wear pigtails and buns to work all the time. Beads, braids, feathers, whatever you like.

🌸 My office is cold so I take my Minnie Mouse blankie to work with me. No one bats an eye.

🌙 Secret Weapon: Sports drink bottles with the twisty or pop-up lids like Gatorade. Super nostalgic, discrete undercover bottle.

🌸 Make a playlist of songs that make you feel little. Avril Lavigne is a personal favorite.

🌙 Daydream. Daydreaming always helps me. When you can’t have what you want in real life, you can certainly imagine it. Create your reality.
