And I wanted it, I wanted it bad, But there were so many red flags, Now another one bites the dust, Yeah, let's be clear, I'll trust no one.
siaocampoz:
The sudden shock that crossed the girlâs face was enough to amuse Sia, well - that was enough to make her day already. âAh, save your explanations, I was fucking with you, alright?â Sia laughed and walked over to her, her arms crossing over her chest. As she looked over the coffee machine, Sia furrowed her brows, kneeling in front to get a better look at it at eye level. âWhat did you do to it?â She asked, âFill it too much?â
âAh, should have seen that. Good one.â And it was. Lilith smiled and laughed lightly, more relieved that she didnât insult the poor girl. At her inquisition, she was at a loss for words, which was rare for Lilith. She bit her lip, tilting her head, âWell, no. It sort of got in the way of some activities.â Lilith vaguely explained hoping that was enough.
Even if itâd been awhile since heâd sweet talked any woman into his bed, this was definitely the first time a woman tried doing the same to him. He enjoyed her confidence and the way her eyes seemed to beam the same need that he was feeling deep in the pit of his stomach. âA little looking wouldnât hurt,â he shrugged, eyes settled on hers. He didnât want to look away, not even for a second. Jax stood still as the woman stood, the innocent grin being replaced by a meaningful smirk as she moved closer. âJax,â he replied quietly, his hand brushing against hers lightly. Though he should have asked for her name, it was something he could easily find out later. âLead the way,â he breathed, gaze falling down her body before returning to her lips.
She bit her lip in anticipation, this was always the good part. Lilith always relished in the thrill of the cat and mouse chase and the building up. It thrilled her when her advances and her subtle lines worked. âJaxâ She purred the syllable, tasting it in her tongue, linking the simplicity in it Lilith nodded. She smirked at his wandering eyes letting her own eyes wander before turning around and leading them to the supply closet. Leaning against the door, she let her tongue trail her bottom lip knowing full well the effect it will cause. âShall we?â
The appreciative glint in Felicityâs eyes continued to grow at the womanâs positive reception, so much so that it leaked into her playful smile; and when the woman revealed her name, it continued to grow. âLilith of the Night,â Felicity concluded, more to repeat the womanâs name than anything, though admittedly also to settle her nickname. Lilith of the Night. It sounded dangerous, and Felicity liked it. A lot. Felicity was quick to raise her glass in unison with Lilith, and without missing a beat she said, âTo beautiful brunettes buying other beautiful brunettes shots!â
Lilith smirked deviously at the name her new companion has bestowed upon her. It always gave her a good laugh how fitting her name was and the irony on her birth year. Her moods lifter up as she noticed her newly made friend was just as an extrovert as she was, personality wise. And Lilith was always in dire need of some party accomplices. She raised her eyebrows laughing slightly at the cheer, âIâll drink to that!â And without another thought she drowned her shot, not even wincing at the pure alcohol sliding through her throat.
Mal swayed slightly, half as his lanky attempt at a dance and half due to intoxication. Usually he was even quieter than this, even more reserved - the alcohol heightened his confidence significantly, if that could be believed with his reluctance to speak, his stammering and soft words. âItâs, uh, itâs nice to meet you.â He spoke, finding words of the truth difficult to articulate past his lips. Other than the movies he spent the majority of his time watching he hadnât many examples of the dynamics of conversation, so soon found himself reverting back to the only starters he knew. Small talk. ââYou come here often?â
Lilith tilted her head to the side quite perplexed by the man before her. She has had to deal with different typed of men in her life, more that most arrogant, but this shy persona she was not used to. She was always good at reading people and knew that this talk with her was making him, Mal, all kinds of nervous. âLikewise, darling.â Lilith replied immediately then watched him as she thought of his next words. As she was opening her mouth to help him, she was cut off by him. She blinked at his words completely thrown off, âOh, um, I guess? I tend to meet attractive in here and I like that. What about yourself?â
â Gemma Bovery (2014) Gemma:Â Why spoil everything by talking about the future? This canât last forever. Itâs why itâs so good.
Get you dancing with the devil, Take a shot of this, But I'm warning you, I'm on that shit that you can't smell baby, So put down your perfume.
âWhoa. Easy. Donât point it at me,â Bradley said, ducking and then slowly moving towards the dark-haired woman (who was currently toying with a very expensive piece of scientific equipment), âThe thing can annihilate solid substances in a second. Howâs your grip?â
âOh shit, sorry.â Lilith sent him a sheepish smile. As she heard his explanation on what the object in her hands was, a wave of astonishment went over her. âWait, seriously? This does that?!-Shit, Iâm sorry!â Lilith hurriedly called out again noticing his repeated ducking, she didnât notice she was talking while waving the weapon on her hands maniacally. She gripped the weapon tighter on her hands, âItâs good, I got it. Can I shoot it?â Lilith turned her overly excited eyes to the younger male.

Trigger warning: mentions of death.
âThe perfect trioâ, people would say as they saw Ares and Hilda walking with their baby girl Lilith. Growing up, Lilith would always hear sentiments to be murmured regarding her parents; things such as how they were a âperfect coupleâ or how they âmarried youngâ, but her personal favorite would be the title of âsoul matesâ. As a child, Lilith was always the adventurous kid getting into trouble for being in places she shouldnât have been. But even though she were grounded plenty of times, she always stuck to being diligent in her studies, wanting to prove to be top of her class. However, her whole life took a turn to the cruel as she reached the ripe age of thirteen.
At first, and as though seemingly benign, Hilda would not remember tiny, minimal, and actually rather simple things. But when Hildaâs memory lapsed and she swore to still being pregnant, the tests began. âCreutzfeldt-Jakob diseaseâ, the doctors and scientists called it. Lilith being too young to understand, just knew her mother were not to heal. Sadly being right, Hilda was taken away after a few months by the incurable disease and Lilith was more lost than ever. Seeking comfort from her father, Ares pushed her away not being able to be around her, as she were the splitting image of her mother. And so began the need in Lilith to get his attention, it began with school, getting into trouble whenever she could but after seeing her father make no interest in it, she moved on. After that she took to escaping the house and arriving late, always making sure Ares will see her. This ongoing roar for love and affection lasted years until junior year of high school, a loving teacher said the words, âYour mother wouldnât want this, Lilith.â After those kind words Lilith cleaned up her rebellious act and just in time for college. Having decided to be a neurosurgeon, because of what happened with her mother, Lilith were more than ready to tackle this new life before her.
p r e s e n t
Now nine years later, she has finished her M.D. and is now undergoing her Residency Program in Neuroscience. Lilith aims to be the best in the program, as sheâs ambitious and hardworking but also her infamous need to know more about the disease to kill her mother, since in research has been found that the disease can be genetic and passed down. But her life is not all work and no play, on the contrary, not being able to leave her rebellious side Lilith still likes to break the rules here and there but now she knows how to not get caught. She has friends all around being the charismatic social butterfly she is but none who know her truly being the reserved person she is. In terms of relationship status, Lilith now scoffs at the idea of love and will only hear of ideas of sex and one-night stands
Working at the Alpha Hospital as a doctor, Lilith considers it her home and reflects on her job to be a blessing instead of a duty. Having to work and study at the same time she is often seen with a coffee in her hand and rigid shoulders from stress. She still copes with the sudden death of her mother and has not talked to Ares since she left for college and moved out. Having lost her mother and being rejected by her father, Lilith oppresses her emotions until she forgets about them. Having no interest in making relationships she is detached from her emotions and her options are always take flight and not fight. Her ultimate aspiration in life is to be the best neurosurgeon and making new discoveries in how the brain works against all odds.
In a box labeled âOut of sight, out of mindâ, Lilith has all the mementos of her parents, itâs under her bed.
Her birthday is November 1, making her a Scorpio.
In between neuroscience books, she adores reading Gothic Literature to relax.
She secretly is terrified at the thought of having her motherâs disease. That is why she is very compulsively organized with everything.
Lilith is also fluent in French, she picked up the language as a way to seduce a guy she craved for.
She doesnât want any relationship because she feels they are useless since they always end in separation, divorce, or death.
Lilith always makes time for working out, her preference is kick-boxing.
He was never one to turn down obvious attention and desire and now was no different. The beautiful woman before him was more than worthy of his time and if he was going to be going out soon, he had to get his own desires taken care of. Swallowing hard, the man glanced around the room before his eyes settled back onto the fierce eyes of the woman before him. âThere has to be at least one room in this place with a door and this fancy thing called a lock,â he teased, quiet sound of laughter leaving his lips.
Lilith knew her little comment was gonna put some fire behind those icy blue eyes. It worked perfectly, like gasoline to an open fire. Her smile widened at his suggestion and he was certainly right, to be more specific, a supply closet which so conveniently locked from the inside. âWell I guess weâll have to take a look around, wonât we?â She replied nonchalantly raising her eyebrows at him letting her desire seep into her eyes. Lilith decided to leave her stuff momentarily and stood up to meet him face-to-face. âFollow me, mister...?âÂ
She rarely cared for their names but this one in particular has caught her interest in a particular manner. Maybe it was because they both had the same personalities and Lilith will have fun with that fact.Â
âIt just seems a little dangerous. And by âa little dangerous,â I mean itâs definitely going to explode.âÂ
âReally?â Lilith bit her lip thoughtfully. âSo, you think thereâs no way that solution will make the brain cells go faster? Just explode them?â She groaned frustrated at her lack of knowledge in Chemistry, she ran a hand through her hair. âIâm sorry I just really want to just make some progress in this investigation.â
