Every morning I wake up, feed the cats, piss, wash my face, go outside, smoke pot and have coffee. I tend to get lost in my thoughts. Get lost in them with me.

I have nightmares of childbirth after losing my daughter. Nightmares of the labor, the tears, watching my husband tear apart more and more as hours turn into days.

Its never been so hard to decorate for Christmas until this year.

Alone

I hate being alone. When you're alone, no one is there to distract you. Your demons come out to play. They tease, they toy, they torture you until you can't take it anymore.

They keep going and going, attacking you over and over until your inner wounds become too much to bear. The pain they inflict is much more severe than any mortal injury.

Eventually, the pain is overbearing. The pain is too much.

And that's what makes you want to end it all.

All you want is to feel better. All you want is for the pain to subside. All you want—All you need—is to be able to truly smile.

Don't pull the trigger. Don't tighten the noose. Don't jump. Be strong, be strong. Be strong, be strong. You are your rock. You are player one. If you don't push, persevere, it's game over. No redos. It's over.

Do you ever run out of shampoo in the shower but still have a bunch of conditioner? Like not enough for another bottle of shampoo but enough for an extra JUST IN CASE the new bottle of conditioner runs out so you save it and its still there ten years later along with every other bottle of conditioner since then.
