I believe this was another UK / EU exclusive. The box has seen better days but I do appreciate how hard G1 went on pastel

G1 My Little Pony comic #44 (1987) - The Wonderful Hat, Part 2
Meet Sleep Tight! A "newborn" baby unicorn pony. She has a pink body, blue hair, and little cupcake symbol. She's just a little bab...She was a Special Release pony in 1987.
Stock photos of Basic Fun retro Totally Rad Firefly and Starshine! They have crimped hair, brighter colors (and a new pose in the case of Starshine), legwarmers, and a scrunchie!
The other two ponies in this set (Moonstone and Skydancer) are scheduled to be released in a later wave.

Oh my. Love their hair. 😍
I like most of the G1 MLP & Friends plot ideas, but their execution is sooo rambly. "The End of Flutter Valley" is a ten-parter that is almost TWO HOURS long when it could have been a half-hour episode. Or a two-parter at most.
If they'd regularly made half hour episodes (and dumped the segments with third-string Hasbro properties like the Potato Head Kids), we could have had more stories in the limited amount of airtime available. More villains, more focus on different ponies, more lore.
Dare I ask what the Potato Head kids were?
Pic from eBay
They were like Mr. Potato Head (also owned by Hasbro) except all you could interchange was their feet and hats. Each MLP & Friends episode had 11 minutes of MLP followed by 11 minutes of Potato Head Kids, Moondreamers, or GLO Friends.
