New rules for myself:
At least 1l of water a day (preferably two or more)
1 normal meal and 1 or 2 HEALTHY snacks (fruit, veg, something low kcal and not too processed)
Do at least 1 productive thing each day for at least an hour (uni work, cleaning, art)
Exercise that doesn't make me bulky (walking, cardio etc.)
No eating after 8pm (should be earlier but I usually eat at night so it's hard for me to switch to not eating late)
Go on Tumblr every day to remind myself how disgusting I am
Not more than 1000 kcal a day, which is a lot but I easily go over it when I binge, so I gotta stop it, because I'm a whale and have to take care of myself before summer
I am weak and probably won't be able to do them all, but I thought it could be useful to write myself a reminder.
