I built this lot to replace the Lagoon View Pools (or whatever they're called) in Sunlit Tides, but it will fit anywhere on a 64x64 lot. The lot has been play tested.

The back bit of the base camp for Champs Les Sims, needs work but the exterior is almost finished.

I think the balcony has got to go.

WIP... new base camp for Champs Les Sims.

I've built it on the original lot, just demolished the building and left the base camp notice board (and the dustbin) so hopefully all adventures will remain intact.
