omg i gotta lose weight before i lose my mind
I despise my body it’s the most uncomfortable place I’ve ever lived in
i know im doing good when I feel hungry
i wish i was fucking skinny i’m such a fat fucking loser
I've just lost 2kg in a week, I love life. I had no idea you could lose weight this quickly just by not eating.
too avoidant that i can’t even be vulnerable with my diary
This is your reminder to not panic when you eat a little more calories.
I ate around 900 calories yesterday, still lost 0,5 kg!
This disorder makes us panic over the smallest things, I used to call 600 calories a “binge” when in reality, it’s not a big deal.
Even though I know it’s hard to rewire your mind and thinking, just keep this in mind the next time you eat a little more and consider actually binging because you already ate over you limit so might as well eat even more. Don’t do it, it will be fine.
Thinking like this will prevent many binges and spirals, trust me 🫶🏻
