Founder’s Grove, Humboldt Redwoods State Park …a spectacular short (approx ½ mile), mostly level hike along the trails that run through the grove …that I spent 3 hours photographing.  The grove was dedicated to the founders of the Save-the-Redwoods League which is responsible for contributing over 57 million dollars to protect 170,000 acres of redwood land in the 35 California State Parks, Redwood National Park and Sequioa National Park
