@ghostisredacted Eeee thank you! Yeah, those are the outline colors. Initially, it was just to clearly tie it to the original piece (where they ref the background conflict), since this was meant to be a sketchy explain-further bit. Artistically, here I like the warring pink-and-blue as a stand in for the fragmentation sandboxed FUTURE must be feeling coming online after so many years and trials. It only really starts cohering to purple when Anna asks it its name.

It is very difficult for me to imagine that S2/3/6 Howard Young is any older than about 45. This would cap his age in Season 5 to about 25, with an arrival on Typhon no older than 20.

Considering Aerolith's target demographic (attachment-free, motivated, eager to start a new life) and the way Young talks about/acts over Brady, it's not unreasonable to assume Brady's also early 30s at best in S5. This was originally going to be a joke post about celebrating all over-25s who haven't proposed on-demand clone organ farming, but taking into account employee, uh, turnovers, now I'm curious how often the average Typhon resident is in a room with someone over 50.

imo it's almost definitely set in (or Lumon was founded in) Michigan. Take a close look at the Kier Eagan painting. This is Michigan if the Great Lakes receded:

"Pure Michigan" and the proximity to water are just a bonus.
