shoutout to lincoln ellsworth's step-brothers (i know it says step-son, that's the site being weird about how they're marked on the census). he never mentions these guys i know nothing about them. and also it's not like he grew up with them. the marriage is from 1895, when lincoln was 15, and he went to boarding school at the time. not to mention his step-brothers are a bit older than him. still! i do wonder! (this is the 1900 census)
