His hands traveled down to the small of your back, pulling you into him. He leaned forward, tilting his head slightly before pausing.
âCan I kiss you?â
âYes, of course.â You grinned. His lips pressed onto yours firmly.
Chris always did this. He always asked for your permission before kissing you. But even so, managed to surprise you with them. He would ask so politely before laying the most passionate kiss on you.
After about the fifth time he did this, you told him he didnât need to ask, but he responded with: âI want to make sure youâre alright with it. I donât want to make you uncomfortable.â
âYouâd never make me uncomfortable.â
âJust have to be sure.â
After a while, some of his questions would become nonverbal. Heâd tap his lips and raise his eyebrows to ask and youâd agree with a nod.
Only after a couple of months did he start lessening his asking.
After pulling away from a deep kiss you gasped. âYou didnât ask to kiss me!â
âIâm sorry, with the way you were looking at me I just assumed-â
âNo, itâs fine! I just realized thatâs the first time youâve ever done that.â
âDo you prefer that?â
You had to think about it before responding. âNot, necessarily. It was nice, because I didnât expect it. But I also do like when you ask. Makes me feel like you really care about me and how Iâm feeling.â
He smiled softly at you, brushing hair behind your ear. âIâll do both then. To keep you on your toes.â
He began to lean in again but paused right before your lips touched. His breath reached your lips and you waited in anticipation.
âMay I kiss you?â
Even after doing this a thousand times, he still was able to leave you breathless. His handsome face so close to yours, eyes staring into yours. You almost forgot to speak. âYes.â
As his lips pressed against your his hand moved to your chin to tilt your head for a better angle. His hand moved up to your check and stroked your cheek gently as he deepened the kiss.
Your hands slid up his arms and into his hair. In return his free hand moved into your hair.
When you finally pulled back Chris spoke again. âShould we move this somewhere else.â
Can I request headcannons for chrisâs dad and Chris with a little brother who is really bad at baseball and sports in genera. But is good at art and writing. i hope I wrote that correctly

being the child of the animal, aka a professional baseball player, and sibling of chris yuu takigawa, comes with a lot of pressure.
pressure to do well, pressure to please your father, to play baseball like the rest of your family, or at least some sport that would make them proud. but you werenât interested in that. you were different, and you knew that no matter how often they made you try baseball.
it was fun at first, being able to bond with your family and spend time with them with this fun little hobby. but as time passed, it became draining to try and âbe the bestâ in order to be like them, and it was no longer enjoyable. though you realized how mediocre your skills were compared to them and how you werenât a prodigy. at first it discouraged you, but then it gave you a sense of relief. oh maybe since iâm not the best at baseball they wonât be bothered to keep making me play! thatâs what you thought, but of course that was not the case. they kept having you play until you finally just told them
looking down in shame, scared of the reacted you may get, you muster up the courage to say âum hey listen, donât be mad, but i really donât enjoy baseball or really sports in general. so can i not do that anymore?â and to your surprise, your father responds with a smile âoh y/n why didnât you say so? if we knew it didnât make you happy we wouldâve never made you play!â eyes widened out of shock, âreally? youâre not upset with me?â your usually stoic brother chimes in, âcome on, weâre not monsters y/n, lighten up!â they then ask you what do you want to pursue, and you mention youâve been really into art + writing lately, and of course they welcome it with open arms!
throughout the years your family has been nothing but supportive of your creative decisions and couldnât be more proud of you! your art displayed everywhere throughout the house and even in chrisâ dorm! along with a letter saying that your writing had won a nationwide competition plastered front and center on the fridge! whenever your father is asked about his children he doesnât hesitate to mention you both âi couldnât be prouder of them, theyâre both so talented and gifted. my oldest, is recovering from an injury right now, but heâs a stellar athlete and iâm so happy with how far heâs come. and my youngest, they have this gift and god given talent when it comes to writing and art, and theyâre so bright for this age. you should see this portrait they drew of me! the resemblance is uncanny!â he will continue to rant about you two for so longâŠ
