“What are you planning to do?” Hwaryun stepped towards Khun without looking his way and stood beside him shoulder-to-shoulder. They both gazed at the massive double doors with ornate inscriptions—Hwaryun, stoically; Khun, forlorn.

For a while now, something about their future after entering the 135th floor bothered her. The path ahead became murky; unreadable.

She could feel it. How Khun was scheming something… How Bam’s death held no closure for anyone within their group, and how despite no longer being alive, his path continued in a direction she couldn’t see…

In fact, it was the same with everyone.

Almost like… the entire tower as they knew it would come to a halt after they reached the top.

“Isn’t it obvious?” Khun’s voice was soft, hushed. His tone reflected in the way his eyes drooped with longing. “I have to bring Bam back."

(canon compliant time travel fic from khun's perspective. khun will go back to 2F... and pull as many strings as he can with all of his knowledge and wit to ensure bam's success.)
