With a couple more months, the girls had settled down a bit more. They were getting use to the routine and now they were being moved. Quinn was unsure about this move and it made her a bit wary, especially since Charlie seemed more temperamental. The small door opened up, which was big enough for them to crawl through. Quinn could smell trees, she could smell grass and it made her curious. She knew Charlie would probably be drawn to it too, “Charles, should we check it out?” She wouldn’t go anything without her sister.
Charlie had been tense these past few months, being pregnant was not fun, especially when she felt so cramped and confined. They had told her and Quinn that they were being moved and Charlie wasn't really happy about it. However, as the door slid open her ears perked up as her lungs filled with fresh air and the smell of the grass had her grinning for the first time in a few weeks. She heard Quinn ask and she just stalked forward on all fours, through the door and into what appeared to be a forest. Her claws dug into the dirt beneath her and she took off at a half-sprint. She found a patch of sun warned grass and stopped, collapsing into it. She giggled like a little girl as she felt the sun begin to warn her fur. "This is awesome! Quinn! It's so warm!"
