Everybody knows that Ma. Celestina is happy without worries, always helping the Kaijins, talk to her best friends, attending a Titan Council meeting with her adoptive Titan parents, and more.
But unbeknowst to them, she is PRETENDING.
Pretending to be smiling and assuring her friends she is okay, but in reality, constant pressure, doubled her stress and anxiety, life duties of her everyday college and preparations of becoming the first reincarnated human-hybrid Queen of the Monsters, and dealing problems, has eaten her physical, mental, and emotional state.
She always said she is not programmed (in her latest case) in breaking down. She secretly broke down in privacy when nobody looked at her, not even her parents, friends, and allies!
Her dark alter ego aka Melantha constantly reminded her that she should not be stressing herself, even is she is part evil with her, she is also her dark guardian.
So, on the past few weeks, after knowing her current condition, Godzilla and Mothra deliberately put her back to her house, not isolating, but to reciprocate and refreshened up her times, hoping she will be recovered soon, while they told everybody she isn't feeling well unless she recovered soon. They idly told her she shouldn't hide her pressure to everybody, and if she wanted to tell something she didn't want to, the two will gladly help her out.
Not to mention that after 1 and a half week, she woke up, feeling well, opens the window, and saw thousands of "get well soon" cards, gifts, and flowers, plus medication and assistance from Monarch.
Which embarassed Ma. Celestina even more due to Godzilla confidently announcing that incident. He wanted to make sure she is doing well.

One of the very few people to understand Ma. Celestina's struggles (albeit in different scenarios) and pretending that she's fine would be Kyatso. Given that he keeps all of his personal struggles at arm's length and acts more cynical and intimidating to prevent others from trying to help him or see him as weak. He would no doubt try to be as blunt as he could, yet as supportive as he could, regarding Ma's struggles with breaking down (while not revealing that he also secretly breaks down somewhere where no one can find him).
Ma's breakdown is probably what led to both her and Kyatso slowly understanding each other on a mutual and friendship level.
