Danse Macabre on a notecard.
Q.U.A.C., the Quarantine Art Club is open to all people and to any and all artistic activity that helps us get through these absurd times. Use Google Docs, YouTube, recorded video conferences, photography, whatever means neccessary to make art or anti-art. Revive the ghosts of Dada, Fluxus, Surrealism, the Situationists, CoBrA, Arte Povera, and Conceptual Art to help us through COVID-19! Use this logo and this idea freely!

In a week I have to begin teaching my high school art classes via Google Meet. The surrealness and absurdity of this situation has me thinking about the renewed relevance of past art movements like Dada, Surrealism, Fluxus, Arte Povera, CoBrA, and Situationism. I think exploring those tactics is what I will be doing with my quarantined students.Â

Turns out our dog can read.
Trying my hand at some inkless, penciled comics.
A closed coil form I am building on the wheel with a template. Once complete I will make a press mold of it to produce multiples.
