Hai there! Here a new update again, and I know it has been a while since I have wrote something. In the mean time not everything went the way I have planned. As you can see I gained some kilo’s back around the 30th of July. This was because I was not able to feel my real food needs, and was over eating for a few days after my last fasting day. I just couldn’t feel that “real hunger" feeling after so many days of feasting. It was just as of this feeling was getting less when feast days were passing by, and I started to eat more. So I realized that it was maybe better to change the plan, in stead of getting frustrated. To keep my connection with the real “hunger -and being full feeling" - I decided to start Alternate Day fasting, also known as: Every Other Day Diet. This means you fast one day, the next eat normal, and the next fast again. Meaning, in week you would have either 3 or 4 days of fasting. This week I started on Tuesday, thursday and Sumday with fasting. Next week will be on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Tomorrow I hope to be kilo lighter than this morning. Hoping that shopping, keeping myself busy, and lots of water will help me.
