I write because I a) am bored, b) have to, c) think it's fun, and d) need to get my thoughts and ideas out of my head before it explodes. It doesn't matter if what I write is any good; it's getting the thoughts on paper and seeing characters develop that makes it fun and exciting.
Love this! Thanks for sharing your thoughts, Anon! ♥

Get To Know Me Meme: [3/?] Favorite Movie(s) → Titanic (1997) ↳ “1,500 people went into the sea when Titanic sank from under us. There were twenty boats floating nearby, and only one came back. One. Six were saved from the water, myself included. Six, out of 1,500. Afterward, the 700 people left in the boats had nothing to do but wait… wait to die, wait to live, wait for an absolution, which would never come.”
Why do you write?
Let us know! We would love to share some of your thoughts in a future blog as inspiration for young writers.
Successful writers are not the ones who write the best sentences. They are the ones who keep writing. They are the ones who discover what is most important and strangest and most pleasurable in themselves, and keep believing in the value of their work, despite the difficulties.
