An accomplished corporate executive, Lisette Wyno-Brough brings more than 15 years of diverse experience to her position as chief operating officer (COO) of WFSS, Inc., in El Paso, Texas. In this leadership role, she helps guide a successful government-contracting defense firm that provides cutting-edge training to American soldiers. In addition to overseeing all daily operations for the firm, Lisette Wyno-Brough supervises the bidding process, reviews contracts, and helps to develop and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures. In her current work, Lisette Wyno-Brough reflects upon previous experience as a family readiness support assistant for multiple U.S. Army Air Defense Artillery battalions to aid her in creating a family atmosphere within the company. In these positions, she led initiatives that kept family members of soldiers informed about military matters while creating events that forged relationships within the group. Among other accomplishments during this time, she organized fundraisers, monthly social events, and a fair for deploying soldiers. An active member of the field, Lisette Wyno-Brough belongs to the Society of Industrial Security Professionals and previously served as the vice president of the organization’s Rio Grande chapter. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Phoenix and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in government contracts from George Washington University.

How to Utilize NCMS’s New Prometric Test Centers

The chief operating officer of WFSS Inc., Lisette Wyno-Brough co-founded the defense contracting office with her father in 2006. To better serve her clients, Lisette Wyno-Brough maintains membership with the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences’ Society of Industrial Security Professionals. A global organization for industrial security professionals, the National Center for Manufacturing Sciences provides a variety of educational resources, including the Industrial Security Professional (ISP ) Certification through the Society of Industrial Security Professionals. In the past year, the organization changed its ISP Examination process by adding Prometric Test Center locations across the US, with the goal of improving the testing process in conjunction with the program's ongoing growth. Importantly, the use of the new centers means an individual is no longer required to determine a location and date for taking the exam prior to applying for certification. An applicant will received complete instructions for setting up an exam date, time, and location once their exam application has been approved. Additionally, individuals will not be permitted to bring reference materials inside the test site. NCMS will provide exam references that can be accessed directly on the screen during the exam at each test location.
