Minato and Obito's relationship reminds me of that when u perceive as a parental figure a nice teacher who dgaf about you
Obito is the hashimada divorce child
He hates both his fathers equally🥰🥰🥰
Everyone on Team Minato thinks they know better what's good for others. And Kakashi, and Rin, and Obito
They try to respect each other's wishes, but in the end, they don't do it. Not cuz they're selfish, but cuz they're delusional af
I hate drawing Kakashi because of his hair. What is he hiding in this bouffant?? A bald spot? The first time I tried drawing him, it took me an hour to get his hair to look right, and I still don't like it
It's sad because I often want to draw something with him, but I give up. I'm one step away from giving up on canon and just shaving off half of this tassel
I prefer kkob to obkk not because I actually care who sticks their dick in who, but because it's INCREDIBLY hard to find an obkk fanfic where Obito's entire character isn't focused on making Kakashi's life miserable. I'm not talking about all obkk shippers, I've seen a lot of good work, but unfortunately it happens so often that it's unbearable. Like... Were we watching the same anime?
What bothers me even more about the obkk fics is that Kakashi often becomes an little angel who has done nothing wrong in his life. The most brutal mischaracterization I've seen is when kid Obito despises and bullies kid Kakashi, who endures it like a miserable white lamb. Like... it's so UNcanon that it makes me want to cry
I don't hate obkk in general(I repeat, I don't give a shit who sticks their dick in who), and in kkob fics there are also cases of disgusting mischaracterization, but the chance of stumbling upon the fact that one of them is a demon from hell is less
I need other Obito enjoyers opinions on this. It can't just be me, right?
Postwar Obito, but he doesn't suddenly become himself; he's basically trying to please Kakashi. He behaves the way Kakashi expects him to, constantly glancing at Kakashi's reactions and adapting(A skill he acquired as a child to simply survive as an orphan in a strict clan, but in the cave with Madara he had to perfect it). Bro is a max level people pleaser, cuz he litteraly wanted to make everyone happy(by force, but who cares). He feels terrible guilt and wants Kakashi to be happy
Kakashi doesn't notice anything. Firstly, because he never knew Obito well enough to notice, and secondly, why would he want to notice anything if he's comfortable and Obito looks happy?
For some reason, every time I think about the post-war kkob, it ends with Obito cosplaying Sakumo and Kakashi having to relive his two biggest traumas
It turns out I can draw something other than stupid sketches О=О. I mastered it a month after the idea came up. They kind of swaped uniform or something. Nwm, it's just something silly :p
I love Rin with freckles
No one can understand Obito like a little girl with undiagnosed psychiatric disorder
U can call me ultra woke, but Naruto fandom perfectly reflects society as a whole. I'm not just talking about a ton of misogyny(which is obvious), but also about grooming of Obito and Sasuke is being ignored because these two are not good people(As if there are any good people in this anime, they all make a living by killing, but u understood). It's crazy how the fandom(mostly the male part) calls the two of them stupid for "trusting"(which they didn't actually show) Madara and Orochimaru when both of them were like 12 YEARS OLD
I don't deny that those two did terrible things(mostly Obito), but that doesn't change the fact that what happened to them wasn't their fault. They were both CHILDREN in a VERY vulnerable position, and they were taken advantage of
I'm not even a big fan of Sasuke, but victimblaming in this fandom is wild
I love the "Obito doesn't need to eat or sleep" thing, but thinking about it from the perspective of Hashirama's cells providing regeneration rather than completely altering his internal processes..... THAT'S BETTER
No, just think about it. He technically doesn't need to eat, but that doesn't stop his body from destroying his internal organs to obtain nutrients. They simply regenerate, and this process is ongoing
Same thing with lack of sleep, his brain gets inflamed, recovers, then recovers again, and there's so much cortisol in his blood that his heart hurts constantly(but again, he won't die from it)
Perhaps he understands the reason for the increasing pain, perhaps not. In any case, he's too used to it to try to fix it(and it's also an act of sh, because he sincerely believes he deserves it)
It doesn't reduce his productivity, so he doesn't care, but he can still eat something for company(only if he cooked it himself, he doesn't trust anyone enough(he is probably immune to most poisons, but it's better to be safe than sorry))
I will always be on Uchiha Sasuke's side because he stood against a system that can spy on you 24/7 with impunity, and then come at night and slaughter your entire family.
When your "allies" become your murderers.
That's why it's most offensive to me that Sasuke was destroyed as a character, and also that the system hasn't changed since Kakashi and Naruto came to power.
That is, Sasuke spent time in prison, and the elders continue to hold their positions of power. As if the humiliation wasn't enough, Kishimoto also took away Sasuke's arm.
I love giving Uchihas with unconfirmed parents the weirdest possible family relations.
Just dead parents are too boring for me. What about Obito being the bastard of Shisui's father from a civilian woman(which is what caused the clan's prejudice against him)?? I mean, to become an orphan, parents don't have to be dead, the option that they simply abandoned him is possible...
I wonder if some Uchihas would intentionally neglect and abandon their children so they could grow up "stronger"? I mean, in their clan, psychological traumas = strength, sooooo...
Maybe I just need an excuse to make Shisui and Obito brothers, you'll never know....
I also just like to think that Shisui's father is an asshole for reasons unknown to me....
Oh, and there's also the idea that there are rumors in the village that the Uchihas torture their children or something like that to awaken the Mangekyo(this would be an isolated case that would be condemned by the Uchihas themselves)
The Uchiha clan is so fun to think about, they are probably very mystified in Konoha
Genderbend Team Minato, where Obito has pigtails and Kakashi literally pulls her pigtails. Do you see my vision?
Madara was already an adult when he began working on the plan for the Infinite Tsukuyomi. He had a childhood, distorted and tainted by war, but he had one. He had the opportunity to grow up and form his own vision of the world. He had a family. He had a friend. He had everything that Obito never had or that he himself had taken from him
I'm not saying Madara's life was good, but he had what he took from Obito. He lost his footing much later than Obito. He was an adult(still pretty young, like everyone else in this fucking anime) when his life was destroyed, Obito was not.
He's like: "Yeah, I need to create a world without child soldiers... I'll use a child for that"
Hashirama is no better btw
I'll never fall for sociopath Obito propaganda. His actions were dictated by excessive empathy, and it was precisely because of empathy that he could manipulate people around him
if obito was a minecraft mob he IS an enderman no question about it
Obito's fighting style is prolly totaly mess, cuz his whole life he's been trained by being thrown into battle by opponents many times stronger than him(firstly with Kakashi, who is a genius and stuff, and then Madara became his teacher) I'm sure in cave Madara just beat him up until he learned how to defend. He probably has a TERRIBLE technique that causes him to get injured, but he's constantly in pain, so a little more pain doesn't bother him(and the regeneration from Hashirama's cells helps him be able to fight even with broken wrists)
This is especially interesting to consider in the jonin au, where he becomes a sensei and, hey, how he should train genins when he in fact does not know how to fight right himself
