This post has been incredibly hard for me to write, but I have to be honest with you — and, first and foremost, with myself. 😢
For the past few months, I've been living like this: I stay awake from 11 PM to 4 AM. While my dearest little one, my baby girl, is dreaming, I'm sitting at my computer, working... I've been sacrificing sleep, my health, and time with my child just to create content. 😣 I think many moms - and women in general - who have ever tried to balance home and work will understand me...
I love and am endlessly grateful to everyone who supported me, who wrote kind comments. You are the bright part of this story.
But here's the reality: the number of subscribers is very small. The money I earn simply doesn't cover the sacrifice I'm making. It has stopped making sense. It has stopped bringing me joy and creative inspiration... 😩
I tried to keep and grow my audience, I worked harder — but it didn't bring any results. It just took more and more of my time, while the obligations and exhaustion only piled up. On top of that, my health has seriously deteriorated. I just can't do this anymore...
So what now?
I'm cutting 80% of my activity and letting go of all obligations. From now on, I'll make a maximum of 1 collection per month, and ONLY when I have the energy and a genuine desire to do so.
I'm removing the archives, I won't be maintaining multiple tiers anymore — I'll leave just one. Whenever I feel like creating and releasing something without harming myself, I'll publish it. This brings my hobby back where it belongs - into the realm of enjoyment.
I understand that the format is changing, so I'm lowering the subscription price and leaving only 1 tier for those who are willing to keep supporting me and are okay with less, but heartfelt, content. No obligations, no race. The price will be 380 rubles (about 80~100 rubles of that gets eaten by the Boosty site - they raised their fees to insane percentages, which is upsetting too...)
Those who choose to stay - I will be endlessly happy to have you. You'll help me not to give up on creativity completely. If you decide to leave - I completely understand, and I love you too.
I'm sorry if I let you down, but being a mom who's falling off her feet is a terrible thing to do to myself and my daughter... ❤️💕😭
Thank you for being with me. Take care of @LindaSims2 and @IrenBetts... And especially Linda. Linda is just an incredible CYBORG, a MONSTER, and simply a girl who loves her work. She releases a huge amount of content no matter what: every single day, day after day, month after month, year after year. It's truly admirable. I can't imagine what kind of iron, impenetrable shield and nerves of steel you need to give yourself to your beloved craft like that. She's the only one who literally lives at her computer from morning till night. It's unbelievable. She's the only one who will always support and advise, help and give guidance. Please support those who continue to burn this brightly for what they do, just like her. Thank you for all the patience you gave me while you taught me, helped me, and supported me in every possible way. ❤️
