She was an undebuted character in the show with seemingly no puppet found- only green heart glasses found with one side cracked but assumed a potential reused accessory of similarity. With only one appearance in a childrens picture book. Scheduled for more appearances but was quietly retired and unmentioned due to responses about her and her behavior.
Despite the name Cupid and whole littered with heart motifs, she declares she has nothing to do with love and in fact hates seeing it in particular to the residents of Welcome Home. She's cold, stand-offish, and incites fights- mostly due to her own bad temper.
As if forgetting shes a cupid at all that one is supposed to foster relationships with warmth and consideration and love.
A hassle for Eddie Dear as she would break into mailboxes and rip up any letters with hearts on them that she deemed love letters. Seen leaning against bent up big blue mailboxes in town after kicking at it with her platform heels and a bat she brought.
Both a teaching moment in the picture book showing her in jail the next page as well as to explain to children you don't tamper with anyones mail as its a federal crime AND rude to do.
Would lean against the battered mailboxes too just to see Eddie Dear's reaction to the ruined box and scattered and torn letters.
In the picture books for kids she was deemed as a bad example in spite of her being made to show through the characters of the town how to handle difficult people.

also I don't think parents "these days" are uniquely terrible, I just think neglect is showing up in new ways as technology progresses. today's ipad kid would've been wandering around in a ditch alone all day and night before. parents not wanting to have to deal with children is not a new phenomenon.
