Alright, I see your perspective, I notice it, I used to agree with it. But I want to point out that you made your point, even though you didn't write multiple paragraphs or go on a tangent, you still stated it and disagreed, albeit a tad bit aggressively towards mauraders fans, but nonetheless; you managed to do that without bringing up my race, gender, sex, orientation, genitalia, traumas/experiences, etc. You did call an entire group of people whores, which by definition, you are astronomically incorrect, ma'am/sir.
So, some screen shots for receipts, I guess.
I did some digging on your page. I was simply trying to find maybe some pronouns in your bio that way I didn't accidentally misgender you, I couldn't find them, so I do apologize if I do, but your pinned post caught my attention, so I scrolled for a few minutes. I skipped quite a few of them, I couldn't stand the cruelty I saw. I don't think I'm thick skinned, but I don't think my reaction was out of place. You were spewing hate and death threats. People with moms and dads, those are people's kids, people's friends and sisters and brothers and siblings, peoples doctors or students, peoples barista— the one they go to Starbucks and not drinking for, etc. So, what if I was a maruaders fan? One of the ones you attacked? Maybe I listened, hm? What if, ma'am/sir? Well, I would leave behind a lot then. My mother, who is wonderful. She's made mistakes, we all do, but she's still kind and strong, she loves me. My dad, who I've just recently started bonding with again, who's one of the most intelligent people in his field, at least where we live, who's had his fair share of mistakes, but who still cares and tries.
I would leave behind my littlest sister, who has the love to fill a river and the rage to fill a fuel a forest fire. I would leave behind her rants about shows, her outfits and dances, her crazy stories she comes up with while playing Roblox, me listening to her school days. I would miss that, all of that. I would miss my little sister's life, who's my best friend, one of my only ones. I would miss their terrible recipes that somehow come out okay, I would miss their laughs and terrible jokes, I would miss waking them up in the morning by jumping on them or barring music, or then throwing pillows at me, etc.
Maybe I'm being emotional or overreacting, but you, ma'am/sir, fill me with unbridled empathy towards all the people you may have and probably have harmed, who you have told to end their life. You're violent, and not in a hurt dog way, in an angry drunk way. You're not a badass, you're that drunk man shouting at clouds and pulling a gun only to slip and fall on ice. This is a fictional character, a morally debatable man.
Now, I would like to clear something up really quick, I said debatable not ambiguous or grey, he's debatable. Granted, everyone's morality is debatable, but given what I've seen from you, I would just like to really keep my essay or whatever as clear as possible.
Point is, you're defending a fictional character so hard to the point where your attacking everyone who disagrees, even the ones that aren't attacking or insulting Snape, simply kids and teens and adults having fun. You're becoming what you're attacking.
You are recreating the acts of James Potter, or do you not realize that? I'm curious, genuinely, if you really don't see that or if this is a joke, for kicks. Granted, I don't see getting potential blood on your hands funny, but then again, that's debatable.
Now, to defend my earlier statement, 'You're re-creating the actions of the people you're attacking." Let's start with Remus and Peter, I will use the same explanation, I hope you can work out the details for yourself, although if there's confusion, do tell me.
Remus: During the prank, Remus transformed into a werewolf. He didn't mean to, but he nearly killed Snape. Now, that's if I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt. Your words towards others hold weight, and while I don't think anyone's actually ended their life because of your suicide-baiting, I'm willing to bet that you're remarks have triggered someone.
Now, for James. You're aggressive. Maybe not in person, but your actions that I have perceived show that, or at least to the best of my knowledge. I feel like you can make the connections.
Lily: You're hypocritical. In fact, you're incredibly hypocritical, like, it's hard for me to process how hypocritical you are after what I've seen— and that's only after about 5 minutes or scrolling. Correct me if I'm wrong, please, I don't like making mistakes. You're saying that people are defending sexual assaults, violence, bullying, etc, so instead of actually making a point, you're lashing out non innocent people. Most of the people I saw, they weren't even defending what happened, merely posting about some characters.
Now, you agree with the sentiment that James shouldn't have attacked Snape, and yet you continue to do so to others. Sirius' prank was wrong since it almost cost snape his life, and you're still suicide-baiting people over a hobby, an interest. Does it make sense, now?
Also, and with all due respect, your responses are not the smartest. Instead of writing out and explanation as to why you think so, you're just being hateful. You're doing what your attacking people for defending.
You're mean. You're a bully. And I sure as hell hope you're not like this in real life.
