But wait, keep this” he looked inside the medkit and handed her one of the pair of scissors in there. “In case you need to set yourself free from the killer”. Laurie had taught him that the killers weren’t immune to pain, and stabbing their necks was the fastest way to get rid of their grasp. “But only if you really need to do it… because they will get mad at you and I’ll have to save your ass again~” he grinned, gently pushing her shoulder with his fist. It was so easy to feel calmer around her.

She MIGHT be a little more at ease with the Leader but she’s not going to ever be so inclined to the niceties that their team medic, Claudette offered the team. As much as Feng couldn’t help but admire a woman that was confident about her abilities it didn’t stop her from disliking how nice she was even to the killers, that’s even without going into the fact that she’s suicidally altruistic on many occasions, which could be said the same of Dwight but there’s a reason she prefers the company of the Leader a little more. 

‘I don’t need help, i’m fine without anyone.’ She insists before being handed a pair of scissors, she’s seen Laurie plunge similar items into wherever she could and even stun the killers for a short time an effort that when perfected could be useful but Feng actually hadn’t bothered to think about using a DECISIVE STRIKE to free herself, it’d be useful for sure but she’s seen the woman get downed within seconds after the killer purposefully chasing after its lost prey to show off that despite your jabs they can still very much reclaim their kill.

She takes the scissors without a word of thanks but she stares down in a way where it’s obvious that she feels some sort of gratitude towards the leader as much as she hated when people babied her but she’d only allow him to do this every so often. She might enjoy his company now and again but she’s not going to let herself be completely picked on. ‘I said I don’t need help if I’m stupid enough to get hit I don’t need anyone’s pity to save me.’

Feng has been punched before albeit the last time she was punched it was in a bar fight that she can hardly recall as well as the other foggy memories of drunk nights she spent dancing on the bar counters and going home with whoever suited her fancy that night. She had heard in the hospital the next morning that someone had slammed a chair into her back and she had gotten knocked out, she certainly had the marks to prove it with large black bruises covering her pale skin. This hit however gives her a little stagger rather than hospital time and jake should really know better that once you angered the beast (Feng) there was no hope to get her forgiveness let alone think they’d walk out of it unscathed. her eyes NARROW with hands balled into fists at her sides as she turns red in the face with her untamed anger. Jake was going to have a piece of her mind as well as her fists if he wasn’t careful.

Lips smooth into a more distinct frown further proving she was in a mood today and wasn’t equipped with the patience to deal with STUPIDITY. Patience might be a virtue but the technician hasn’t ever added that word to her dictionary nor does she hold it as a value for others. For a moment, only a moment she considers yelling or screaming only for a moment but quickly she composes herself reminding herself that if she did this Dwight might be angry with her if she allows herself to cause anymore trouble between the group. (and she certainly doesn't want the one person she has some tolerance for to be mad at her).
